Centrally placed near the station which we used on our arrival. Easy walking distance to many museums, shops, opera house and fjord.
The fika arrangements were excellent and the evening meal first rate.
Nothing except our visit was too shot.

Large room with comfortable beds. Excellent meals. The downside was that our room was right by the tram . We had to leave our windows cracked because the room was so warm even with the heat turned down to lowest setting. We could hear the trams until 1 am and loud voices in the street after then . Our last night someone decided to use a power saw outside in the middle of the night . Ask for a room away from the tram side!

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome. Food was excellent and the room was comfortable and warm with a great shower. The location is great for seeing the city and close vicinity to the train station. Would definitely stay again.

So conveniently situated, a couple of minutes from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main places to visit.
The staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful and the hotel has a relaxed and easy vibe. The breakfasts are fabulous with a great variety of food on offer. It also feels great that afternoon fika and the evening meal are free for all to enjoy.
A great choice for a stay in Oslo.

The service staff for dinner and fika
The pillows weren't comfy, small comforter and there was a constant light from the AC that couldn't be turned off. Kept me up both nights and affected my overall sleep quality. It's a shame as the room itself was clean and fine otherwise.

Staff was super nice, it felt like home with great breakfast + Fika and dinner, great location of the hotel, very good vibe and upbeat feeling while still very homey, coffee and hot chocolate available to warm up any time at no cost, we would come again definitely:) our children enjoyed too (10,8)
A bit more storage space(wardrobe) would be welcome in family room
