Wonderful
Location, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea AND dinner! Bonus for an expensive city. Staff was very helpful. Food was very good though some could have been hotter at breakfast.
Our room was TINY. We had to tip toe around our luggage.

Breakfast and dinner were superb. I have never had such breakfast in a hotel in my life. There were so many options, and vegan ones as well. The service and quality of the products were outstanding. There was coffee and tea and water at the reception, and afternoon tea as well. Oslo is quite expensive. Breakfast and dinner covered almost 85 percent of our food intake during the day. I emphasize , both meals were abundant, very healthy and varied. I paid 200 dollars more per day to have breakfast and dinner. It was totally worth it. I think that the hotel did not explain quite well how outstanding they are. The staff is always striving for efficiency and high quality of the service. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is within walking distance of all the attractions except the museums on the island. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. I highly recommend the Vietnamese banh mi and the vegan restaurant Nordvegan. There I ate the best stuffed vegan Paprika of my life,
The only aspect that can be improved is the AC during heat waves. Regrettably, and not because of Norway, global warming is a shameful reality. Norway is on vanguard on everything, peace, environment, open mindedness, manners. I loved Oslo. The hotel did not present itself on Booking.com with the real quality they have. They are so much better than they advertised themselves.

Truly, the most accommodating hotel and incredible staff we’ve encountered. Quite simply, they catered to our every need from the moment we arrived.
1. We needed to leave early the following morning so we were going to miss breakfast. Because we arrived so early on check-in day, they offered us breakfast upon our arrival! And they still gave us “to go” breakfast bags for the next morning.
***This breakfast was so incredible quality and selection. As the staff said to us, you need to enjoy the breakfast to get the full experience. How very true! I would go back for that alone.
2. They gave us a room as soon as one became available. In my experience, this is rare today, at least without a fee.
3. We needed an adapter and a fan for the room. Several trips to our room later, all had been accomplished. Most impressive was the fact that we had to leave and yet he (I believe his name was Christopher) continued to work on the issues at hand.
When we arrived back in the room, all was taken care of.
4. Included in the cost of the room was an afternoon snack and a light dinner (more than sufficient for our needs) on the top floor.

Close to town centre and train station. Excellent breakfast, fika and dinner.
The room is outdated - phone in room didn’t work and was not able to watch any tv - no instructions. The shower floor very slippery - some warming for guests and a rubber mat etc. can prevent future accidents.

Nothing in the room what times of meals,lack of milk for drinks. Evening meals were not as good as my last visit in 2019.

Wonderful
Great hotel in the heart of Oslo with a lovely breakfast and tasty dinner included. The rooms were on the generous side and were clean and has everything you would need. The reception staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions.
Finding the entrance was a bit tricky to start with and getting back in after hours was a bit annoying but nothing too bad.

The breakfast, fica and dinner was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The location was within easy walking distance of all parts of the centre of Oslo - 10 to 15 min walk at most. Trams and buses right outside the door.
Decor a bit dated but hardly worth the comment as it was clean and comfortable

Close to station. Spacious room, nice wet room and lovely environment for breakfast.
Area felt a bit threatening - a lot of people hanging around that looked homeless or on drugs. The doors in from the lobby were under our room and incredibly noisy ! We thought it was the trams but it was doors. Dinner included but a bit like a self serve canteen - not much choice and no welcome or explanation as to how it worked. A bit of a free for all.
