Location was good. Only about a 5 minute walk from the train station. Afternoon snack was nice. We had an early flight out & they made us a breakfast to go bag which was great.
We booked 3 rooms for our family. One of our rooms was uncomfortably warm. We were unable to adjust the A/C to cool down & the windows did not open.
Other rooms were comfortable.

Couldn't get room TV to give UK subtitles ... No worries just turned TV off (only wanted to see weather)

Breakfast and staff , and the location.The stuite is large , and 2 bathrooms. The closness to Olso Main train station a huge possitve, get the Olso DAY PASS. A great city.
breakfast was very good, dinner however was poor, the suite was very spacious , the chair was broken, and the plumbing needs urgent attention, the pillows where like trying to sleep on a polar bear ( TOOOOO Big)the TV was too old to pair with phone, for $450 per night i would have at least expected the room to be cleaned at least once in a 3 night stay,, i certainly didnt feel we needed to ask. No clean sheets, no towels , love the enviroment , but we where on holiday ?

Everything is good.
From bread of the breakfast to the dinner outside at 7+1 floor.
My wife has récurrent big problem with her back, , the bed were complicated for her.

This was my second visit and it was very pleasant again. The hotel is in a great location, yet the room is quiet. The staff member was very friendly, thank you! I'd gladly come back.

The staff were excellent and helpful the food was amazing and plentiful just loved our stay

The hotel is very well located in a cute passage. The snacks are definitely a plus.
The room was very small and there was no storage place.
Although it was clean it is definitly not perfect and some stains could be removed from the walls.

Location, breakfast.
Breakfast on weekends starts only at 8:00 a.m.
The standard room is too dark and poorly furnished; it feels like being punished or being in detention. I asked to switch to a superior room, and this one is genuinely beautiful.
