Great breakfast and excellent staff.
Room was good but decor was a bit dated and tired and wiring of lights in room meant we had to have alk lights off or leave lights in tne sitting room part on and close the door to the bedroom to have a small reading lamp on. Would have been great to have had a drawer to put clothes / underwear away. Great having a balcony even if the rain prevented lots of use. Really enjoyed the stay.

Plenty of variety for breakfast. Well set out and nice atmosphere with plenty of seating. Room was spacious and clean. Location was close to city centre/train station.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food, although some items were cold rather than hot (eggs, bacon).
Central location of hotel was a big bonus.
All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location, good evening meal, comfortable room
Lightning in room was very dark, the bar downstairs did not have a wide selection like the dining room which shut after dinner. We had an early train, so missed breakfast. They were able to a packed breakfast at cost, but only if you order ahead (ie not the night before)

The location is central, and easy to reach both by train and with taxi. Short walks to anywhere. Quiet. Really great breakfast selection. I never took advantage of it but the hotel also offers afternoon snacks and dinner.
