The location is perfect. Also the combo dinner-breakfast, it truly worth it. The quality is really good and the salmon in both meals was really great.

The location of the hotel is good. The room is large, well equipped and clean. The breakfast is nice with many selections. It is very security with the key entry. They also provide free tea, coffee, cake.
The dinner is a little simple with only three hot food choices: fried chicken, fried vegetable and a soup.
The hotel is under decoration with strong smell, especially in the corridor of the floor.

Within walking distance of all sights we wished to visit, and the central train station. Good breakfast, afternoon sweet and dinner buffet included. Food was tasty and it was wonderful being able to return to the hotel and have dinner at the end of a long touring day.

Dinner and Breakfast were included which was much appreciated after a busy travel and siteseeing day.
The person at the lobby desk when we came in was a little rude. But the other staff members where great.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fine, but doesn't start until 7:30am on weekends, even though several people have early trains/tours.
Room was right next to the door that led to an elevator area, and when people came through the door it shook my bed and wall. This happened at 9pm, 1am, and 6am. No fridge. TV was small and old with no syncing options. For the price it was not a nice stay. Bathroom was very small and had mold where shower water hit the tile.

The location is just near the Central station and all other amenities. The staff was excellent, very large room, nice and comfortable beds. The breakfast and dinner were great.
We happened to be at a time when there were construction sites in front of our window but nobody can do anything about that. We were around the city during the day so it didn’t affect our stay at the hotel anyway.

Excellent breakfast with good Gluten Free selection, evening meal good with less options.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Great location just few minutes walk from central station, public transport and opera house.
Would happily stay there again.
Room on small side, shower could have been bigger.

Paid for a balcony and hoping for a view but stared straight at other bedrooms on opposite wall, so no view and had to keep curtains closed all the time! So check w hotel to have a street view

Food was delicious, great location, many vegetarian options, fantastic dinner, spacious room. Soups were outstanding!
Afternoon cake wasn’t as tasty as other food. Chocolate option was too popular and eaten quickly so we didn’t get to try.
