Location
I was woken up in the very early morning by the fire alarm which went off inside the room. When I asked explanation they said that someone else was cooking in a nearby room. I didn't understood why our room fire alarm went off when someone from another room was cooking in their own room

Great location and the room was exactly what we needed. It wasn’t luxurious but it was the cheapest option and it was comfortable and convenient.
The check in process was unpleasant and we were a bit nervous because of the deposit at check in. We spent quite a bit of time on our last night cleaning and making sure there was no reason we wouldn’t get the deposit back

I liked how clean it was and the location was great for getting around Oslo.
If they expect people to clean the apartment before leaving, they should provide proper equipment supplies. There was no cleaning chemicals or or kost. and no kitchen towel.

Bad smell at the bathroom, When showering the water got cold fast.
Cold shower.
Difficult with shecking in, this took almost 60 minutes.

Everything was okay, it was clean, warm, and everything was comfortable.
There were no people to check in, but it was quite easy to do it over the phone with a person.
First, there was a mix-up with the rooms; they gave our room to someone else by mistake. Good news, it was fixed instantly.
Second, after you book, they tell you that you must pay a deposit of 2000NOK, which will be returned. It would be good to know this upfront. Good news, the deposit was instantly returned with no problems, you just need to contact the bank maybe and double check that they have returned the money - there was no problem with the accommodation regarding that.

Was a very good location for us as we were metres away from Toyen parkrun, which was o e of the reason that we were in Oslo. Aldo easy walk into town.
Noise from people standing outside the complex and talking loudly after midnight and also in the early hours of the morning.

There isn't a receptionist on place. you need to do all by phone. You have to pay an extra caution before check in and I still haven't received it back after 10 days

Very clean and private . Our room backed to a quiet wooded area.
The location is good yet very hard to find from the metro, frontage signage or how to find it sucked. Once in, is a charming romantic hideaway.
Even neighbours did not know where it is, so not easy to find, plus microwave AND kettle had to be plugged in the floor outlet, as none on counter. Yet again, I liked the location, comfy little suite, and quiet location so convenient to Botanical Gardens and amazing Museum!

I've made a claim to my bank, because you refused to give me my money back. Your manager told us we would get our money back. By Norwegian law. YOU HAVE TO BE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE AND YOU WERE NOT.

Super nice apartment with south facing balcony. Had washing machine and dryer. Everything was clean. Easy to get into the city with the metro or the 60 bus. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Went to local Chinese, it was fabulous.
You had to put the microwave on the floor to use it as plug was at ground level.

Location proximity to the train station, decent beds and bathroom.
Laundry - Laundry ran all night !! Drying options didn't work and put it in some wash mode irrespective of dry mode setting.
No rags for cleaning, drying dishes !

Very Good
Central City Apartments is nice cozy place to stay. The rooms and just enough size and is very clean and well maintained. Located in a residential locality away from all the noise and hustle bustle of the city. Not really in the city centre, but there is a metro station Toyen about 400 m (6 min walk) from the hotel. 2 stops from Toyen, one can reach the city centre. There is also a nice market place area with restaurants and shops near the metro for food and groceries.
The deposit of NOK 2000 as damages deposit is a lot I feel.
