Exceptional
Everything about my stay was wonderful. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Oslo. It is also extremely convenient for anyone travelling by cruise or train, as both transport connections are easily accessible.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I would happily stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Oslo.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow 2-3MB/s but still workable.

AMAZING selection of fresh foods fruit and baked goods of all the 6 hotels I’ve stayed in for last couple of weeks. The breakfast room and seating by the windows are both very pretty.
No bar or place to hang out. A couple of tables and chairs next to reception and a few in mezzanine which was empty.

Location perfect, walking distance of everything, including ferries to the islands.
Breakfast amazing! Everything you could possibly want on offer.
Bed large and comfortable.
Shower room appeared to have been recently decorated.
Storage facilities were quite limited for longer stays with more luggage. Hanging space was small.
There were no drawers, just a few shelves.
We stayed a week but did not unpack everything.

Breakfast buffet had many options and was very good. Location is prime in central downtown Oslo. Staff was nice.
Room was on the small side. Had the smallest category of room so I think there are bigger options. The gym/workout room is nice, but it's an adventure to find it. Seemed like it was three floors down in the basement and two buildings over. You have to travel through a maze of hallways and stairwells to get there. But the signage is good and easy to follow.

There was no luggage rack and no place to place your suitcases. We used the ironing board for one luggage and put the 2nd suitcase on a chair.
