The Staff, breakfast choices
The room and its accoutrements were poorly designed as is the case with the overwhelming number of hotels.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel right in the middle of everything in Oslo! The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great. The bed and bedding were clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
As expected, the rooms were small but similar to ones found in Stockholm or Helsinki. Perfectly clean and comfortable but small. If you are not planning to spend a great deal of time in the room then you will be fine. It's a good place to sleep, shower, and breakfast to get you ready for a day out in the city!

Excellent breakfast.
The location of the room, too far away from the elevator and with two additional flights of stairs to reach it. It was near the gym.
Lack of street view.

Great central location esasy access to all the must do sights of Oslo, comfortable beds, reasonable sized rooms and lovely toileteries. Breakfast include was a welcome bonus
Rooms at the back of the house meant going through the restuarant to get to them (ok in the evening not so nice during breakfast serving)
