We loved the location, especially having the tram right in front of the hotel. The room was a little small but very clean. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, the breakfast buffet was very good. The twin room with a chair bed was a little cramped for 3 adults, but manageable for a few days. We loved the view of Oslo from our window.

The breakfast was really good. Our upgraded room was comfortable and better than the room initially given to us.
The initial room we were given was inadequate. 1 pillow each, no tv or internet, the sink was badly marked with crack marks, only 4 coat hangers, no plug for the sink. On complaining we were upgraded to a better room. Then told we had been upgraded before, no idea what reception meant by this comment. The room given wasn’t good enough in the first instance. Each morning the cleaning lady failed to replenish cups, tea, sugar, stirring sticks, we had to get ourselves from reception.
