It was a very good location. Within walking distance of all main attractions. Nice area with lots of eating places and bars.
No coffee or tea in the room but could pay for a coffee in reception! No instructions given by staff for using the keycard.

it's right next to the trams, beautiful location, super clean, the breakfast was lovely, the room was really nice too. Definitely recommend it

Property was well located, modern and clean. Staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. Room was perfect size for 2 guests, presented well and cleaning staff more than happy to replace items when needed. Bar area in the lobby was nice to spend an evening before going up to bed. Choices for breakfast were plentiful, something for everyone.
The hotel has 12 floors, but the breakfast dining area I would say is too small to accommodate this number of guests, especially as most people eat between 8/9am. Could benefit from guests booking an allotted time for breakfast instead of a free for all to help manage the traffic. The hotel has 2 lifts, one of which broke during our stay, causing lots of hold up and wait times for guests.

The breakfast was really good, with lots of delicious options. The location was also great and within walking distance of lots of attractions.
When we arrived and asked at the front desk if we could store a large suitcase for 5 days before going back to the hotel later that week, we were told that we would be able to. However, on the morning of check out, we were told that we could not leave the suitcase there and had to scramble to quickly make other arrangements. The bathroom was also tiny with a strange shower, and we heard a rodent in the walls at night.

No AC and had to keep the windows open, which then we could hear the outside traffic and loud drunk people coming home constantly

We had a great stay at Anker Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transport within easy walking distance. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options, making it a perfect start to the day. Overall, excellent value for money, we would happily stay here again!
