Great hotel,near the train station. Lovely quiet location but in easy walking distance to everything. The staff were so nice and made us feel welcome. Being able to help ourselves to tea + coffee in the lounge at any time was good. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Great breakfast included was a bonus.

It is very closed to station. We love the breakfast. They provide luggage storage room. The staffs are very helpful n friendly.

Hotel is very cute, right near main train station. They gave us a greeting note with box of chocolate which is very thoughtful. All staffs are very nice. Breakfast came with full options of hot, cold items, cheese board, ginger shot, variety of juices.

We loved the location, and the hotel building is very beautiful, modern, and cozy. The service was always kind and attentive. The breakfast is quite good, and the restaurant food was excellent. The coffee machines and the tea station available throughout the day are also very much appreciated.
The only downside was the bathroom design in our room. When you use the shower, the entire bathroom floods due to the design of the shower screen. The toilet was also very uncomfortable; you really can’t sit there for more than a couple of minutes. We had to put towels on the floor to stop the water from coming out under the shower door, which made using the bathroom quite inconvenient.
The heating also seemed to be centrally controlled and we couldn’t turn it off, which forced us to sleep with the windows open even though it was -3°C outside, because the room felt too warm and uncomfortable.
Despite this, it is still a great hotel in a very central location.

Great service and polite staff. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing with quality food. The bed is perfectly comfortable for good sleep and the room even being next to bus station was fully soundproof .
Room thermostat did not work. We found the temperature to be quite low at 17 degrees for our comfort. Entering a higher value in thermostat did not had any effect on the room temperature. Looks like it was centrally controlled.

If you want convenience over comfort then this hotel is ideal location wise to the train and bus station.
Breakfast was good, otherwise wouldn't want to stay more than a night.
Bed was uncomfortable, carpet wasn't clean, toilet had a bad smell when flushed

Comfortable and spacious room, kind staff, excellent breakfast!
10 minutes walking from main tourist attractions, however right in front of train station so very convenient if that’s a priority. Other than that everything was perfect.
