We love the beverage counter where we are free to access any time to enjoy free coffee, tea & even hot Chocolate drinks .
Superb location where the train station just 5 mins walk away , full toiletries provided including bedroom slippers, fantastic breakfast spread, fully staff.

The facilities and the room was very good. The view was superb. Thanks the team for everything and if im back in Bergen i would stay again.
The breakfast is good, however is extremly busy even at 7.00am. So is better to come really early.

Great location beside train station in Bergen. Easy walk to centre/harbour and Bryggen. Beds were very comfortable.
Not enough room for everyone to be seated at breakfast during the '9 o'clock' rush. Staff were rude to my son who had come to breakfast with no shoes on (don't mind being told, it was the way it was said). No tea/coffee facilities in room means my relaxing morning while on holiday wasn't possible.

The room was very spacious, with plenty of room to accommodate two large suitcases. However, there was limited space in the bathroom for toiletries. The shower stall also had gaps that allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor, leaving the area outside the stall wet after showering. Unfortunately, the in-room Nespresso machine was not working.
On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The hotel's location was excellent, situated directly across from the central train station, which was especially convenient for us as we were taking an overnight train to Oslo.

Location.
Gentleman at front desk has an attitude problem and is quite rude. He worked the overnight shifts. I cringed when I had to ask him a question. This person should not be working in a position that involves customer service.

Near SQU, I had a 3-day conference there. It was like 15 minutes away. Traffic is bad around 5 pm. The room is clean, and the housekeeping staff are friendly.
Nothing actually; the breakfast was good but could use more varieties. The hotel is quiet and clean and the staff are very professional and welcoming.

The breakfast selection was varied
The breakfast selection was varied, but as the hotel mainly caters for tour groups, there were a great many diners, which made the dining area rather crowded.
The rooms were extremely noisy and completely lacking in soundproofing; we could hear the roar of car engines outside the window almost all night long, and the sound of car tyres rolling over manhole covers occurred from time to time, severely disrupting our sleep. However, the hotel seemed completely unconcerned that this noise was affecting guests’ sleep. The issue with the manhole covers is actually very easy to resolve—all it would take is to place a small object under the cover to ensure it lies flat—yet no one has addressed this problem.
The room’s facilities were extremely basic; the bathroom lacked a dry-wet separation from the rest of the room, meaning that whilst showering, I was constantly worried that water would spill out, leaving the floor outside the bathroom slippery.

We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, so our experience was a bit more luxurious than what we had expected. The room overlooked a cemetary (very quiet neighbours). The room had a nespresso machine.
The hotel is located immediately across from the main train station, turn right when you exit the station via the Zander exit.
Breakfast was a real treat with many options, healthy food and good coffee. It was served in the lobby, which made it somewhat constricted.
The location was a bit more removed from the main tourist area, but we enjoyed walking (despite the eternal rain).
The room had no overhead lights at all! There was an extra lamp with a long cord sitting on a desk. There was nowhere obvious to hang it and at any rate, it didn't work. Maybe the bulb was dead.
