Location near the center and the train station.

Breakfast was way too crowded which ended up that food was finished. It was not easy to find place to sit for breakfast.

From start to finish Paulo and Julia were amazing. We felt at home and enjoyed meeting other travelers. It’s a small and intimate hotel where you actually talk to other guests and the hosts. Enjoy Julia’s Norwegian waffles with brown cheese. You’re living the dream. If you’re lucky you may hear Paulo playing the piano as you enjoy your welcome drink.

Good location - close to big parking; bus & train stations. Minimalist and cozy room - like we like it. Good beds - we had a good night rest. Despite the location room noise insulation was good. Good breakfast - no complains here.

Location was Perfect. Right next to Train station. Easy to reach hotel from Bergen Airport through train. Rest stay was Ok.
There is No AC in the hotel and we couldn’t sleep at night, on the last day we asked if they have fan, which they gave us and we slept. Room was given to us at lower floor which was noisy, right next to Graveyard. when we requested for the upper floor, we were told they would check and let us know, which never happened. Breakfast had wide variety, out of which there was nothing we could eat other than boiled eggs due to no halal options. If they could have Egg station atleast it would be good for people who do not eat Non-halal food in the breakfast.

The location was very convenient, in front of the train station and close to main attractions. The room was light and airy, not luxurious but functional, and a huge window, very nice. Bed was comfortable and fresh. The bathroom was ok. The breakfast was very good, not so much in terms of diversity but excellent quality, that is what I value most. Good value for money.
The room wasn't super small, but it would be nice if it was a bit bigger.

Located in a quiet area. I could open window and hear no street noise. Room was generally soundproof.
The breakfast area was too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel has too many rooms and too many guests, I felt like the hotel should've been prepared for peak hour crowd.

Great location. Easily accessible from train, parking garage or bus. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of variety for everyone. Nice comfy beds. Staff easy to talk to and helpful.
I didn't really notice it at first but when you lie down in the bed you can see the naked concrete ceiling, the lamp that is sideways bended and sound of droplets of water all night. I was dead tired so slept like a baby after a while but it was a bit weird to see.

Disappointing
The check in process was smooth. The lobby is very nice. Our room was ready when we arrived. Central location made it easy to get around. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. The bathroom in our room was spacious and clean.
There was a pungent smell in the lobby that gave me a headache. The picture showed our room would be more spacious. The walls of our room were unfinished and our it was very cramped for three people.

The location was good near train station, some of the staff were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.
We asked one of the staff if our dog can sit with us in restaurant during breakfast and he said yes.then right after we asked by several other staff that he is not allowed to be here and we should sit outside.when I confronted the other staff, turned out he misundrestood me and he didn't even apologize for making our breakfast a big deal.
Also there is no parking on the premise and you have to park in municipilty garage and pay for it
