Wonderful
The location was very convenient, in front of the train station and close to main attractions. The room was light and airy, not luxurious but functional, and a huge window, very nice. Bed was comfortable and fresh. The bathroom was ok. The breakfast was very good, not so much in terms of diversity but excellent quality, that is what I value most. Good value for money.
The room wasn't super small, but it would be nice if it was a bit bigger.

I paid by Euro. the price is different with booking.com. I PAY MORE THAN THE PRICE THAT SHOW ON THE BOOKING.COM. The exchange rate reason is rediculous.

Beautiful hotel with lovely room. Great breakfast though crowded. Convenient location.
Too many coach tourists made the lobby and breakfast area very crowded. They allow smokers to congregate near entry with smoke entering foyer, need a mask to get through - haha.

Wonderful
Conveniently located next to the train station (right across the road and not noisy) and an easy walk to town/ museums. Modern decor with an excellent gym, free hot drinks in the lobby which guests could access throughout the day, great breakfast spread and the restaurant is excellent for dinner/lunch as well! Friendly reception staff who accommodated an earlier check in as the rooms were available and he made sure we had the corner rooms so we could be next to our kids.
Pillow and mattresses was a bit too soft for me

Wonderful
Very good buffet breakfast. Tea and coffee was available free throughout the day. Nice size room and large very comfortable bed. We did have some nice evening meals at the hotel, it's open till 10pm so great if you are late back. We also had the delicious Rainyday Fries on more the one occasion with a porter as a treat to end the day.The Hotel is right next to train station and it is next to the bus station so very central for trips.. It's about 10-15mins walk down to harbour. Tourist Information is in large wooden building on the left of the harbour. Before our trip we booked on line the train from Bergen to Myrdal and the Flam Scenic Railway journey. We also booked the ferry back from Flam to Bergen, excellent trip. You can get a 925 Bus from Bergen up to Steinsdalsfossen waterfall (takes 1.5hours to get up there) fantastic scenic route. As Seniors it cost us about £7.50 each for a 24hour ticket absolute bargain. We did it as an evening trip but you could have a day trip and stop off at the various beauty spots on route. Buses runs about every hour/hour&half. We loved the Code art galleries and recommend visiting the Rosenkrantz Tower. We had a great holiday.
It can be busy at breakfast time and if you leave breakfast to last half hour some items will be depleted and not restocked. We had a problem with a light, but this was immediately checked out and resolved.

Very Good
Great location. Easily accessible from train, parking garage or bus. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of variety for everyone. Nice comfy beds. Staff easy to talk to and helpful.
I didn't really notice it at first but when you lie down in the bed you can see the naked concrete ceiling, the lamp that is sideways bended and sound of droplets of water all night. I was dead tired so slept like a baby after a while but it was a bit weird to see.

Pleasant
Located in a quiet area. I could open window and hear no street noise. Room was generally soundproof.
The breakfast area was too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel has too many rooms and too many guests, I felt like the hotel should've been prepared for peak hour crowd.
