Wonderful
Great location!! Two min walk to light rail and very close to wharf area and funicular. An excellent breakfast and super helpful staff.

The location was perfect a short walk to everything you want to visit in Bergen. A nice coffee shop right next door and if you like McDonalds that was on the other side ?. It was a quiet hotel, our room was on the smaller side, and the bed was comfortable.
The breakfast while it wasn't bad I don't think it was as plentiful or as varied as other hotels I have stayed at. It was decent. I think the hotel could use a good deep cleaning! The metal on the elevators was always smudged and dirty looking. Just cleaning that and the lobby windows would help a lot in appearance. The hot water in the lobby for tea was never hot either. I wouldn't stay here again.

Comfortable, compact room. Everything easy to use. This chain does a good job with that kind of thing, in a modest way. They do love them some chartreuse and magenta.
To cool the room, we had to have the windows opened, which worked great, but a bit loud.

The location is great. Slightly off center. Very good breakfast.
The hallway paint job was really upsetting. I have never gotten upset about hallway paintings before, but the loud colors and carpeting was offensive. The rooms were quite small too.

The breakfast was wonderful, I can't say enough about the bountiful and excellent food choices. The location was also good and the staff very friendly and professional.
Our room was small but very comfortable and clean. My husband complained of lack of storage space, as he likes to unpack his suitcase.

Large clean room, great location, very quiet (no noise from other rooms but you could hear street noise with window open), fast wi-fi

Sensational breakfast, even had outdoor tables although weather didn’t make that attractive. Huge bathroom especially for Scandinavian standards. Helpful friendly staff. Terrific location!
Lobby limited and hallway decor horrible and marginally clean that had us scared, unnecessarily about what room would be like. A shame entry created such bad first impression as rest was nice.
