Location staff and breakfast was amazing! We are from Canada where days are 30-40C in summer so weren’t used to not having an A/C but that was fine! Our confusion was actually the bathroom! The shower door that only covered half of the opening.. so water would fly everywhere, we tweaked it so we didn’t get water EVERYWHERES after the first time, the bottom of the door also gives an inch gap for water to go through… should be a rubber lip along the bottom.. hard to get out and climb over the bath tub ledge onto a soaked foot towel and soaked floor to dry off, I would at least add the rubber bottom lip to fill in the gap for water tightness
Lovely hotel though!!! ♥️

Excellent staff ready to go above and beyond to help facilitate travel plans. And an outstanding restaurant! The staff and the food both exceeded expectations at breakfast and at dinner.
Without personal AC controls in each room, the rooms don’t get ice cold in summer. But this is a standard in Norway.

I can officially say that this hotel was probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. It’s comfortable, clean, has a gym, and offers free use of washing machines (especially handy if you’re returning home after a hike in the mountains). The breakfast is fantastic. The restaurant staff are very friendly. We checked in late in the evening; the restaurant was about to close, but they kindly allowed us to place an order. And they even offer a free sauna. This hotel is incredible.

Proximity to the airport was great. Shuttle to the airport would have made it better, but easy to get an uber or taxi. Breakfast was plentiful and good, wait staff was pleasant.
Reception staff was curt and not too helpful in giving out info on ways to get to the airport. They must be asked this all the time. Maybe a printed page with locations and times of trains or buses servicing that area, or phone numbers of taxis that service locally would be a nice touch.

We're a group of older ladies. Desk service was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great. Dinner was even better. After eating fish for 2 weeks, we all (5) ordered a burger. We can't help it, we're Americans. Our waiter/manager? (a Turkish gentleman ) was so pleasant and also very competent. The burgers arrived quickly and they were absolutely perfect!
We were disappointed that there wasn't a shuttle because the advertisement indicated that there was. Still, I would highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast was good. It says 24 hours and is advertised as an airport hotel. Needed to get a taxi there which was $25 and there was no food at my arrival.

Loved the robes and slippers. The breakfast buffet was top notch!
There is no thermostat in the room, the window barely opened. Our room was quite warm. There is no USB outlet! People today need that for business and personal use. The mode for flushing the toilet is very difficult.
