Wonderful
room was good
Breakfast was good with lots of choices (incl for gluten free)
We had dinner on 2 nights which was also good.
To get to airport you would need a car or taxi.

Good
Last minute booking due to flight cancellation, easy to get to by taxi from airport , known brand . The reception were great on arrival but poor in the morning at early departure.
We didn’t use any of the facilities so hard to comment on them . We booked an early checkout and taxi through reception on arrival which he was very helpful.
As we were checking out prior to restaurant opening we were missing the inclusive breakfast we had paid for, asked at reception if they could provide us with some pastries as they were setting up and not helpful at all.

Disappointing
The only good thing about this hotel is free parking.
The room a standard double room (1038) was really bad!! It was below ground flor, it was underneath the parking area, it felt like being in a basement, it was dark and not very inviting. The room should have been half the price with that kind of location.
So if you go there, ask for room on floor 1+!
And the bathroom were freezing cold, no heating there.
Besides that I wrote the hotel with a request regarding the bed a couple of days before arrival, they answered me the day AFTER our arrival, that they had noted my request on the booking?! Then you know they didn't do anything, because if they had noted it on the booking, then they would have known I already had arrived and already slept there one night.
A lot of different options in breakfast buffet but non of it was very good.
Will not come back.
