?Great location - close to central Bergen harbour, fish market (Fish Me restaurant), Bergen train station (12 mins walking) and walking distance to Fløibanen (cable car to the top of Bergen)
☕️Exelllent Breakfast - this is a 10/10 experience. Super fresh and hearty breakfast selection. Lots of Nordic tastes and special dietary options (vegan, vegetarian, GF)
??Friendly Staff - it was a very friendly and comfortable experience. The welcoming and friendly staff definitely contributed to the experience the most!
On the weekend, the breakfast starts at 7:30am which we found it’s a bit late. We needed to catch an early morning fjord tour, so had to cut the breakfast time short. If they can have an earlier start to the breakfast, it would be amazing!

Breakfast was good, if crowded. The location was terrific. Across the channel from the Brygge, and not far from the funicular. We were walking distance from the places we wanted to go to and right behind the fish market.
The staff seemed inexperienced, and were dealing with groups of guests all at once. A larger lobby and a refresh at this point would help; it felt tired and a bit worn out.

It was close to the fish market, all public transportation, and restaurants.
We were placed on the 8th floor. These are rooms with slanted ceilings. It is uncomfortable for tall people and very easy to hit your head on. The shades also didn't go all the way down if you are sensitive to light while sleeping.

breakfast buffet and location, the iron and ironing board, the room cleanliness
Small lobby, only one person checking people in and out, hallway rugs looked messy and old, we were guaranteed twins and ended up with a double. No room to deal with two suitcases. Our room 340 put us a few twists and turns away from the elevators and stairs. We saw a man standing outside two different doors in two different sections of the third floor that were open a crack and it looked dark inside from the hallway. One time he had two little girls dressed perfectly and standing obediently against the wall. They looked to be between age 7 and 9. Looking at the man, his clothes, his pockmarked face, and the fact that he wouldn't look at us, and him being in the hallway outside different rooms and then with these two little well dressed little girls has led me to believe that child trafficking was taking place on your third floor during our stay. We were leaving for the airport so did not report it, I wish I had spoken up. One of the rooms this man would be outside of was near ours. We were in 340 and as we left our room door turning left, one of the rooms he was using we passed on our left just as the hallway turned right. Then he was around another room also on the third floor, I wish I had written down the numbers. Beware.

Cleaning isnt consistent. One bed was kade the other not. The garbage bag wasnt emptied. Shampoo not refilled during the entire stay

best location- just across tourist pick up area. airport bus stop and restaurants are nearby. good wifi, comfy beds. superb breakfast buffet.
gets hot during summer without AC. Fan can be requested at the front desk, if available which helps a bit. small rooms but it is not critical
