Excellent breakfast with vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free options. Very central location. Comfy bed.
WC fan always on, making tons of noise. Shower door leaked water to the bathroom.

Great location, decent sized and equipped rooms, incredible breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
Not really their fault, but my room lock decided to stop working, meaning I was locked out. The helpful receptionist came equipped with a rubber mallet and with a few well placed taps, managed to get it open.

I think they could organise baggage store a bit better at least give you a receipt for baggage left and they check when you leave that you have correct bag.

The location was superb, the staff friendly and helpful and everything was clean. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Coffee was available in the very pleasant foyer area.
We can't think of anything we disliked!

Room very small and compact but had everything we needed , room was cold heating didn’t appear to work but got a heater from reception

Very well located. Breakfast is very good. Staff is helpful.
Room is very small. No chairs, desk, not even a kettle in the room. I understand nordic simplicity but for the price you would expect a bit more of a room.

Location is perfect, so central and close to everything. The rooms were comfortable, clean and a good size. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.
