Wonderful
The receptionists at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and the service was outstanding. The menu for breakfast had a lot of variety, meant to satisfy guests of all backgrounds. Our special thanks to the host, Giselda, who had a warm and welcoming spirit, and willingness to be of help to all guests. Our thanks to her and all other members of the staff. Cheers

Nice hotel, although it is rather big, it's quiet. Big, clean room with nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. The breakfast was really excellent. So much space, so many options, all fresh and nicely presented.
The lady behind the reception could have done better when we arrived. She couldn't tell my last name when she was holding my passport. It took a while before she could find our reservation.
Nice service to offer umbrellas to your guest, but to charge rent for it to me is not so customer-friendly.

The location was perfect near train and bus station. walking distance to the fish market and city, shops etc.

The moment you walk out of your room to the elevator all you can smell is food which was unpleasant. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The toilet was left dirty.

Located close to the bus and train stations. Withn 15-20 minute walking distance to most attractions in Bergen.
Hotel check-in time is unusually late at 4 pm.

Amazing breakfast. Very nice staff. Conveniently located.
Room facing the road was pretty noisy, but rooms facing inside lobby were hot with no option to open the windows.

Location close to train station was convenient
No air conditioning/ventilation in rooms. No phone in Rooms To call front desk – long lines at front desk even to ask a question. Leaky shower and dirty bathroom floor were reported to the front desk – nothing was done. Big – but tasteless breakfast buffet. The bread was good. if you get a room facing out, it is noisy. If you get a room facing in, it is stuffy and you cannot open the windows.

Stay went very smooth, from early check in that was very much appreciated, to a room that was exactly as expected, to a friendly and service oriented team and a breakfast buffet that was a nice beginning to our days. Location was perfect, very close to the train station, and all the main attractions from Bergen are a nice walk away from the hotel.
I would have loved if they had had any kind of Nutella or chocolate spread at the Breakfast buffet :)

close to center
breakfast buffet not good at all and to many people and no free clean tables. No slices of bread available just some small buns!
was the week before thon hotel Kirkenes and that was perfect and for same price!
next vist in Bergen I will take another HOTEL!
