The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were friendly. The rooms well equipped with hairdryers, irons and a fridge.
Didn’t find a fault as such, Having spare pillows available would have been nice but that is a minor thing.

Very well located less than 10 minutes walk to city centre. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good & modern. Breakfast was good with a wide selection
The communal areas , particularly hallways and reception/lobby areas are a little dated and not to a 4 star standard . Musty smell in communal areas and lift are not the most pleasant

Breakfast was good as was the location.
Carpet had not been cleaned very well. No bathmat in the bathroom but maybe they are not used in Norway. People at reception never smiled and I was unable to reserve an additional night at same hotel from reception desk. Was referred to computer. We reserved last night at a different hotel.

I was offered to change a room after the bathroom lights of our first one broke down, which was a nice act by the employees. Very good breakfast for an affordable price and hotel itself located in the city center

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast catered for every taste and diet and was plentiful. The lounge area was cosy.
Nothing available to eat or drink as bistro and bar closed - not what you expect from a city hotel.
The booking process was an issue - I booked through KLM link to booking.com and booked a room with an ensuite ( never choose anything less!) the booking came back as no ensuite bathroom! Even when shown a screen shot of the booking we are told that we would be allocated a bathroom if the room was available. Had they changed the booking immediately to what we had actually booked we would have stayed another 2 nights at the end of our trip so right up until check in we did not know if we would have a private bathroom so we were not happy clients

Beds were soft and 'wobbled' as though they might soon collapse. Probably due for replacement.
