We stayed in Scandic Neptun twice. On our first stay, we had to wait until 5pm (1 hour after the official check in time) to be able to check in!! We were told our rooms were not ready??!! What was funny was that EVERYONE before and after us had managed to check in except us. This was a disappointing experience for us.

Localization.
When arrival, we were assigned a room that turned out to be already occupied by other guests. The receptionist escorted us to another room, but when entering, he himself remarked that we couldn't stay there due to a strong, unpleasant odor. We were then directed to yet another room. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained: old carpets, old furniture, and a foul-smelling bathroom. The bathroom door is made of glass—meaning there is no privacy—and shower water spills out, soaking the carpet.
