Wonderful
We loved that they gave us a handicapped room that was gigantic. The bathroom was so large and had heated floors.
On a Thursday night it sounded like a dance party was going on outside of my window. Three different restaurants/bars in the hotel were closed.

Pillows were horrific. Breakfast was good. Linens were absolutely terrible. Thin and barely big enough sheets. Towels were very thin.

Location
There is daily cleaning like any hotel. You have to ask them one day before to clean the room and they don’t have enough staff to clean it in the morning while you are out. They don’t help you with luggage. If you need extra towels or tissues or anything you have to go down to the reception to get it yourself. They don’t have parking and can get you discount on parking bear by but not free. No double glass window so you can hear everything on the main street and it very noise at night

The location within Bergen was fantastic. We had beautiful views, and a lovely breakfast. The late check out option was much appreciated. Very comfortable! Parking option was convenient.

A nice hotel located in like 15 min walk from the harbour. I guess it's a feature of all Scandic hotels at least in Norway: the included breakfast is always a feast.

Great breakfast with a lot of choice. Very tasteful. Very nice comfortable room with fridge and perfect location. Stayed here last year as well, therefore decided to reserve again this year, however could not get the third night that I wanted, as it was fully booked.
Can't think of anything right now. There is honestly not much to complain, other than the the step-up entrance to the bathroom, which is inconvenient in the middle of the night. However I would not have booked again this year, if I had not enjoyed my stay last year.

The hotel was very comfortable. The location was very near the ferry dock which we needed. The staff accommodated an early check in which was very much appreciated. Breakfast provided a huge selection of food all of which was nicely presented and tasty.

Location, close to everything.
Room had one step to get into bathroom. The step sticks out and is a hazard. Very poor design. Rooms are very basic.
