Wonderful
Nice hotel with European style rooms and a delightful breakfast buffet if you add the price on to your stay. Underground parking is easy to access- pay for the full 24 hours if you plan to come and go.

Convenient to airport.
No refrigerator in room that was cold enough for the cheese I was taking home. I had to leave it at a refrigerator by reception.
For an airport hotel, they should have had a shuttle to the airport.

Great Location, an easy walk to the airport. Rooms nice and big and a comfy bed!
The restaurant was not open in the evening in the hotel due to strikes.

Clean
No shuttle back to airport even though booking review stated one was available. I’m 80-years old and walking uphill, in the rain at 4:45AM was an issue. Had to get a taxi which was late

Modern, comfortable, appealing designs in room and public areas. If not for major airline delays I would have liked to hang out more and enjoy the hotel more before early flight the next day. Easy check in, very friendly staff, incredible breakfast spread with so many delicious choices. It’s was a 7-8 minute easy and direct walk from the terminal, or a VERY short taxi ride. Makes for a quick early or late arrival flight. Very pleased with my stay here.

A very good hotel, especially because the room was spacious and well equipped. It is located at a walking distance from the airport, and at about 45 minutes from the city center by tram from the airport. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere but the food (a hamburger) was not too good.

A great airport hotel, vey convenient and walking distance from the terminal (important for after rental car return). Very early breakast (great for early morning departures). Reception gentleman was super friendly, considerate and helpful. Highly recommended for airport hotel stay.

Hotel functions were just fine, as expected. Restaurant was surprisingly horrible.
Food was poorly prepared- I had to pour excess oil (absolutely not a “sauce”) off my pasta plate onto my bread plate. Meanwhile, the restaurant staff included one server who worked hard, was attentive, and appeared to manage the entire serving area, while three other staff chatted behind the counter, giggling with the chef. No kidding - this was a shocking display of poor management.

Very nice reception and breakfast area
They charge for parking outside even if it's for loading. Worse they don't tell you that right next door is an indoor parking which is very reasonable. That's bad. When I asked the receptionist she did not mention the indoor parking. We discovered it accidentally. That's really bad

The hotel is conveniently located in the Bergen Airport, just a short walk away to the Departure/Arrival Hall. The breakfast was also excellent.
