Gave rooms away and moved us to hotel 10 miles away without asking us. We arrived and they told us we didn’t have rooms but would pay for taxi to the other hotel. We had early morning flights at the airport the next day so had to cancel and find another airport hotel that was more expensive. I paid for these rooms 2 months before the stay and I got a confirmation email the morning of our stay that our rooms would be ready.

It was close to the airport.
Despite asking ahead of time we weren't given adjoining rooms with our children. When we arrived the door between our room and the one next door was open with no way for us to lock it. The phone to call the front desk didn't work so we had to go back downstairs to find someone to lock it for us. Our room had no towels and the floors were visibly dirty.

Location was unbeatable (relative to the airport) which was why we picked it. The room was nice, and clean (except for a few stains on the couch but, oh well).
Parking fees, the AC didn't work well in our room.

Convenient to airport.
No refrigerator in room that was cold enough for the cheese I was taking home. I had to leave it at a refrigerator by reception.
For an airport hotel, they should have had a shuttle to the airport.

Wonderful
Nice hotel with European style rooms and a delightful breakfast buffet if you add the price on to your stay. Underground parking is easy to access- pay for the full 24 hours if you plan to come and go.

Great Location, an easy walk to the airport. Rooms nice and big and a comfy bed!
The restaurant was not open in the evening in the hotel due to strikes.

Clean
No shuttle back to airport even though booking review stated one was available. I’m 80-years old and walking uphill, in the rain at 4:45AM was an issue. Had to get a taxi which was late
