From an American stand point, the room felt rather underwhelming for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff both were outstanding. The windows did an Ok job of blocking the sound of the street traffic.
A second set of white/semi-transparent curtains to let in light during the day without giving the offices across the street a clear look right into our room would have been nice.

Smooth early check in, very nice friendly staff. Breakfast is 'Norwegian standard' but great value and quality. Roomwise its basic but everything worked, decent shower, opening windows, plenty pillows and good bed. Location is arguably the best spot in town, good value.
Room is basic, tiny side tables, small TV, internal room has no view. However these are all fine when you dont plan to spend your time in the room (and for the price)

Room was small but enough. Breakfast was excellent. Staff said they couldn't issue an invoice, only through booking.com, then booking.com told me only the venue can issue the invoice.

Great room for my famil - wife and 2 boys. The boys had separate twin beds which was great. Breakfast was good, but busy the week we were there. Excellent location, short walk from the express train from the airport. Located across from the Byparken, so great location. 10-15 min walk to the fish market and most sites.
I asked about laundry before we got there, was told it was available. We arrived on a Friday and was told not available through the weekend, so had to hunt the city for a laundromat/dry cleaner. Sorry to complaint about this - but couldn't ruined our day if we hadn't found a place to drop off our clothing.
