It was close to the port
We were sent across the road from the main hotel to a shambles of a building. No facilities, old and decrepit. We attempted to make a cup of tea in the "foyer"and asked a hotel employee for some milk. She disappeared across the road saying I'll send some over. None came.

Beds very comfortable, television was good, shower lovely, lift worked well, suitcase rack in separate room was good, nice and quiet.
No hooks in bathroom to hang towells and dressing gown, no tea making facilities in the room

Absolutely nothing positive to highlight except the staff friendliness, but that is due to the Norwegian folks and not the hotel itself.
This is sell as a 4 stars hotel and my god it barely can classified as 1 star hotel. Absolutely horrible! The mattresses are the worst i have ever slept on, the sack like crazy. The rooms are very very small, no wardrobe and no desk. The curtain barely block the light and so in summer time you wake up at 4 am with the sun. Located in a very busy street with constant noise. Our room was one floor above the gym and everytime someone dropped the weights the whole bed was shacking. The bathroom... well.... outdated and dirty to say the least.

Location, it’s very close to port, disembarked from ferry and within 5 minutes we were at hotel.
It’s getting warmer and warmer, perhaps a cooling system like aircondition might help.
