Appreciated the location and free parking. Breakfast was good. We were able to do laundry at the hotel. Staff was very friendly.
Room was too hot! I didn't sleep well. Dinner buffet was expensive. I've never liked the showers that leak water into the main part of the bathroom. It is a safety hazard!

Breakfast and buffet dinner were tasty with a good selection. Staff was also very gracious and helpful and I appreciated having free parking.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options and something for everyone in the family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall we enjoyed our stay.
The only downside was that the room was on the smaller side for a family, so a little more space would have made the stay even more comfortable. Other than that, we had a lovely experience and would be happy to stay again.

The staff were very attentive and polite. The breakfast was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Good value for money. A dinner buffet is also available for 365 NOK per person.
The hotel is a bit far from Bergen city center. Getting to the city center quickly isn't always possible, even though the light rail station is only a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, the light rail occasionally stops operating due to power outages, which can cause unexpected delays.

It’s a run-down 4-star hotel, I’d say more like a 3 star. The room was fine though. In the breakfast area, the waitresses had a really bad attitude, when at the very least they should show some willingness to help right?

Easy to go to airport, breakfast has nice variety.
It is not really a clean hotel and there is no dinner, to get a meal you have to take a tram ride, not much around.

Good breakfast, clean room, really helpful stuff. They have free children coctails, it was so kind, and kids like them so much. Little shop near lobby with all necessary small things and snacks for those who forgot tooth brush or some other hygienic things.
It was disaster with free parking on the territory of hotel, and it seems there is no control, who parks there. So if there was a barrier, to let in only hotel visitors, it would be much easier in my opinion.
