It’s a run-down 4-star hotel, I’d say more like a 3 star. The room was fine though. In the breakfast area, the waitresses had a really bad attitude, when at the very least they should show some willingness to help right?

Easy to go to airport, breakfast has nice variety.
It is not really a clean hotel and there is no dinner, to get a meal you have to take a tram ride, not much around.

Good breakfast, clean room, really helpful stuff. They have free children coctails, it was so kind, and kids like them so much. Little shop near lobby with all necessary small things and snacks for those who forgot tooth brush or some other hygienic things.
It was disaster with free parking on the territory of hotel, and it seems there is no control, who parks there. So if there was a barrier, to let in only hotel visitors, it would be much easier in my opinion.

Dinner buffet terrible and grossly overpriced. Breakfast so-so vs. Scandic Torget despite similar items. Beds not comfortable. No AC in room / too hot, no bug screen for window.

This is a great, clean and hospitable hotel .. the breakfast was fantastic. The location is a bit out of town but that helps with the value aspect .. we were driving, but not sure how easy to get downtown without a car because the hotel is quite sways from downtown Bergen .
