Dinner in the restaurant was AMAZING and great value for money.

Thanks for your luggage room. Comfy bed.
Got very noisy outside in alley until 4am on Saturday night! Would have liked another small chair or stool in the room. We brought home some food. It would be nicer than one of us sitting on the bed.

Very well located, clean, wonderful breakfast to start the day. We also dined in the restaurant and the food was delicious.

The location was great, the breakfast was very good too and the staff were helpful and friendly
The rooms were very small, and the first room that I stayed in was very noisy as it’s overlooking a narrow street and the seagulls were very noisy for the whole day and night whereas I couldn’t sleep for the whole night. I asked for changing the room and there was a nice lady in the reception changed my room to a bigger and quieter room. To be honest maybe it is the case in whole Norway. It’s very difficult to find big rooms.
Also there is no a cafe in hotel lobby where you can order a coffee or a juice.
As well as there were no in room dining on Sunday and don’t know about the rest of the week

Breakfast included a huge range of options both hot and cold. It was delicious and well worth the money.
We didn’t like the fact that the bar turned off the screening of the World Cup final in its last 15 mins of play.

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is high quality and quite varied. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The shower is the only thing that I would change. It was not fully enclosed. There was only a half wall with the rear part open making it easy to get water all over the bathroom. It’s impossible to have a relaxing shower if you are constantly holding a vigil with the shower head.

Fantastic location, very friendly professional staff!
Special compliments for Mr. Kato at the reception for his exceptional friendly attitude and helpfulness!
Bathtubs should be thrown out and modern shower cabins installed.
TV’s need to be upgraded with internet and apps access.
