Location good. Breakfast good.
Check in was so disorganized. Everything about it was not was led to believe with check in, room standard and accommodation,cleanliness was not acceptable. Bathroom or floors were not cleaned for 3 days and not done until I complained after the 3 days. The only thing that was done was clean towels daily. Not impressed on departure ordered a taxi but it took 20 minutes to arrive

The hotel's situated on Bryggen, so right in the middle of everything. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Whoever designed the bathrooms needs to be forced to use them for at least 2 days. The toilet roll is situated too close and, in our room, had been damaged because of this. A very awkward, uncomfortable and unnecessary arrangement.
It also needs to be made clear that the Standard Room (at least) has NO STORAGE other than 5 clothes hangers on a rail inside the door, no problem if you’re only staying overnight but a lot harder if you’re staying longer.

The hotel was in the best of locations. Not only is it on the famous Unesco wharf, but it is also within easy walking access to everything you want to see in Bergen. The hotel facilities are modern and typical of the hotel group. Our room was comfortable.
