Terrible design of this, what seems to be, rather new hotel. We had rooms in 6th floor and parked our car in the hotel's garage. In order to get to our room, you needed to use the stairs from garage to reception on ground floor, walk half way across the hotel to first elevator, Then use first elevator to get to 5th floor, again walk half way across entire hotel to stairs / elevator in 6th floor. Rooms were really tiny and for cherry on top - there is construction site right next to hotel and they start working at 7 AM with really loud equipment.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We appreciated that there was electric charging available in the parking lot. The location was good as we were heading back out via the airport.
The view was very disappointing, we looked at a half wall basically. Basic toilettries (kleenex, etc) were not provided. This seems to be basically a hotel for the big tour groups (8 busses were parked there that night and hordes of people at breakfast at all hours) more than regular travelers.

The person who checked us in was very nice. Though he could not accommodate us on the request to have two rooms closer to each other, but he was very pleasant and understanding that hotel failed us on that.

The shower. It was not possible to prevent water escaping the shower and soaking the floor around the shower. This was because the permanent glass divider was far too small to contain the splashing water.

Gym was great and also the variety of food for brakefast
too crowded (especially at breakfast), to access floor 6 you need to change elevator. too less elevators for this number of rooms

Good clean room. Had all the basic toiletries. Charging locations next to bed. Good comfortable lightening. Location close to airport (not to city). primarily used by tour buses (not sure why). Overall I was staying one night, and I needed a comfortable room for the night, and this served its purpose. Its not any luxury hotel but comfortable decent room and bed and bathroom for travelers.

View of the hotel area was not great. No notice about parking charge when checking in. Hotel location was not convenient for gust using subway.

The hotel and room were clean and the breakfast was good, catering for every palate.
It backs on to a building site and the contractors started at 06:50. The hotel staff did not pre advise about this and, as one night, pre flight guests, they had nothing to lose by putting us on the noisy side.
The lift between 5th and 6th floors was dangerous for families.

Wonderful
It's very clean and well kept. The room is big and comfortable and the bed is one of the best I have ever slept on. A very sharp and sleek room. It's about halfway between the airport and city center so about 20 - 30 minutes to either.
Lack of a hot water kettle or coffee maker in the rooms for a hotel of that caliber.
