No reception, hard to check in, all its self service. I came earlier and would like to have early check in even if I would pay more. So there is no option if u coming earlier.

The room I stayed in at your hotel was truly wonderful. Every day I stayed there, I felt so comfortable and happy, and that is exactly why I chose this hotel again. It was honestly excellent — truly excellent
The only thing that sometimes bothered me during the 21 days I stayed here was that, a few times, I had to go out and ask other guests to be quieter. Some people staying here would stand in the hallway talking loudly, shouting, and laughing, or they would come back late at night and make a lot of noise. A few times, I woke up because of it. I was so comfortable here that I can easily forget that.

Wonderful
Excellent hotel right in the heart of Bergen. A couple miniutes walk from where the airport light rail drops you off. The hotel is in the same building as a mall with a supermarket on the bottom level. Comfortable beds, shower and toasty warm.
For check-in they leave your key in a lockbox so you dont see anybody from the hotel and there is no reception. As a solo female traveler I probably would have preferred a reception. But key card access was needed to access the hotel corridor and then the room.
