Wonderful
Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Good location with walking distance to the attractions and close to the tram stop Danmark Plass which goes to the airport and city centre. Very nice view from the hotel room and restaurant in an excellent city. The price is very reasonable and definitely recommend a visit to Bergen.
The coffee could have been a bit hotter but luckily they have microwaves nears reception and the 4th floor to heat it up

View from room 530 is poor. Breakfast was not included
TV didn't work. No glass around the shower, it was water all over, including on the WC. I prefer a room with a hot-water boiler. Problem with parking since I have Easypark app, but I managed to stop parking in the app since it was already paid for in the hotel.

Room the size of a shoebox. Staff overwhelmed when buses arrive. Forget about service of any kind if you are not a part of the Tour group. Personally my opinion is they may be getting a kick back from the Parking tickets the police write up, on the Hotels parking spots. When you mention that to the kids who run the desk/hotel, they are sarcastic and rude.
Beware here. Beside that the location is terrible.

The room was with a fantastic view. It overlooked the Bergen skyline. It also allowed me to see the night sky and the traffic movement without the noise. The breakfast was prompt at 7 am and was expansive. Enjoyed the experience of fresh Nordic breakfast. Tap water was clean, and shower water was satisfactorily hot.
There was no phone in the room, so there was no way to connect with the reception. The lights in the room were modest at best and dim at worst. Also there should be two seperate containers for Shampoo and Body Wash. There could also have been room slippers.

The rooms are very small, and there is no parking available. I stayed for two nights and received two parking tickets: just outside hotel parking for 30 mints limit which cost 580, and a second ticket for parking on the street, which cost 880. This was extremely disappointing, and I will never stay at this hotel again.
