Excellent location and restaurant was very good. Really liked decor of the public areas but afraid the bedroom vibe was awful- cycadelic walls, floor and curtains were extremely off putting and the bizarre theme continued into the ensuite shower room. The room size was extremely generous but furnished with cheap nasty plastic furniture in what we assumed was intended as a minimalist look. Sorry was not what we expected from a Radisson hotel. Finally our room at nearly £200 a night had unpleasant view of the central fire escape and commercial air con units that were super noisy. No view of the harbour for us although the restaurant was a different story with lovely views and very elegant furniture and decor.
The nasty tacky bedroom decor and cheap furniture. Almost felt like you were trapped in a kaleidoscope tube!!

We had a room with a view over the harbour. The House Manager/Concierge was extremely helpful when we were leaving. Although it was very busy, he booked our taxi and assisted us with ALL our luggage from the foyer to the taxi. Certainly went the extra mile!

The hotel’s location was excellent. It was especially convenient on arrival - just a two-minute walk from the wharf where we disembarked. It is also right in the heart of the city center, within easy walking distance of numerous coffee shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, and all kinds of stores. The fish market is only one block away, which was a real bonus.
The pillows were very comfortable as well, making for a great night’s sleep.

Excellent location for exploring Bergen. We had an early morning boat to catch and it was a 2min walk to the quay. Very convenient and comfortable.
Our train arrived early and they allowed us to keep our bags securely in the storeroom. The common toilets were also spacious and clean for a quick clean up before exploring the city.
It is a short walk from the train station, and you can catch a fresh and yummy bun from Kardemomme on the way.

The breakfast was excellent. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable and the sofa was a bonus. The provision of free tea, coffee in reception was good albeit the items were not always filled up.
There was nothing we disliked.

We stayed in the apartment. Very good for a small family like us with two kids. The kitchen and the little dining area, and a separate bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom is a bit small but is OK for short stay.

Liked: Great location. Wonderful B-fast. Good price (I booked in advance). Great shower.
question of tase: room is 'plasticy' - floor is rubber not carpet, walls are plastic material, unique color choices (see pictures). Spouse liked it, I did not.
Did not like: room is very small, no safe, no working desk (they have a sort of a triangle plastic thing in the corner but laptop did not fit), not enough room for 2 persons with luggage (see pictures). We asked to be moved got a no. Our 2nd room (we booked two) was 'internal', i.e. window is into the common area so not really a window.
