Breakfast is very good. Staff is very nice. Rooms are large, modern and clean.
Open shower - everything in the bathroom gets wet. Also nothing to put the shower gel on - so you have to put it on the floor of the shower.

The hotel is perfectly located, it's easily accessible by bus and really close to all main attractions, such as the Brygge, Mount Fløyen, Festplassen, the Fisketorget, the sentrum itself, and the meeting point for the tour I made was just one street away. The breakfast was very complete and fresh, and the one night I had dinner at the hotel, it was delicious as well. I was also very fortunate to get a room with a great view of the harbor and the mountain, and the room was super spacious, comfortable and quiet. I must also mention that the staff was great and really friendly. Not only that, but I had an unexpected personal problem during my last night and the receptionist was incredibly attentive and kind, keeping me company and helping to solve the issue. I regret saying I don't remember her name right now, but I would like to point it out so the hotel can acknowledge the great employee they have. She was the one at the reception on the 9th of April, until 10 PM. I'd like to use this opportunity to thank again for all the support.

The hotel wanted to charge us again although the stay was completely paid through booking. Had to look through my credit card statements to proof that I had already paid everything. What hotel in Europe is still using tiny plastic bottles for soap and shampoo? What an unnecessary production of plastic waste!

Amazing location which is right next to all the landmark places Amazing breakfast and courteous staff

Perfect location, couldn’t be more central. Good value, clean rooms, and we had a view of Bryggen.
Room service was okay but basic: the bed wasn’t made, towels were taken but not replaced on the second day, the bins weren’t emptied on the third day, and the coffee packs weren’t refilled.
