Hotel has good location, it has nice gym and there is spa including sauna available at extra charge. Staff nice and polite.

Exceptional
We took the balcony room, and were very happy with all aspects of it. The room was spacious, the bed and couch comfortable, the bathroom facilities and water pressure excellent, and the view magnificent. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great deal of choice, and well- prepared. Room (food) and laundry service were prompt and, all members of the staff were responsive, helpful, flexible, and courteous. The location is convenient to all Bergen attractions and interesting places to walk. It's also right next to the tram line to the airport.
We needed to specifically request that the room be thoroughly cleaned, but once we made the request it was done very well.
