The breakfast was 5-star, excellent
The room was small, no ac, only 6 channels on the TV with no chrome-cast or Netflix, Amazon connection capability. The shower "door" was typical Euro style, as in half-door, water sprays everywhere

Disappointing
Our experience was disappointing. The room we were initially given did not match the booking we had made, and we had to repeatedly request the correct room before it was finally resolved.
We stayed for six nights, and unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very poor. On several days, our room was not cleaned unless we repeatedly called and complained. Even after housekeeping attended the room, the quality was below expectations. We often returned to find the bathroom floor still wet, the bed not properly made, and we frequently had to request fresh towels.
Overall, the level of service did not meet our expectations, especially considering the length of our stay.

The location was excellent and conveniently close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The room was far too small for two people. There was barely enough space to move around, open our luggage, or even sit down and enjoy a meal together. It felt very cramped and uncomfortable throughout our stay. In addition, the parking was quite expensive, which made the overall stay less worthwhile.

Great location in Bergen, few minutes from all the best spots and all services required.
It was extremely noisy at night, and I could not sleep as the window was on the side of a bar with very loud music till early morning. The cleanliness of the room needs to be really improved.

Location was mazing, Breakfast was good, Spa was very nice and clean.
-Hotel has no Parking No Valle,which is very bad if you have car.
-Spa need to pay even hotel guests.
-Room Service timing.
-Elevators can be big problem , but stairs easy.
-We didn't rave any complementary Birthday card or cake in room at our birthday.

The location is great, the room is nice and the hotel has a pretty restaurant on the ground floor. They were able to check me in almost 2 hours early.
I found a piece of chewed gum holding the remote to a magazine in the room. The drain in the shower was loose. The steam from the shower set of the smoke detector and someone came and interrupted my shower to check.

The hotel felt very upscale and in a great location.
There is no signage to tell you where to enter the hotel. We had originally parked at the front door where GPS took us to, but all we could see was a couple of restaurants. Maybe they have not finish signage in an update??? Also Parking was minimal but we got a spot.

Great location, nice staff. Excellent breakfast!
We had ordered a more expensive room with a balcony and it was much smaller than a standard room and only had one outlet and just 6 hangers.
We switched to the less expensive standard room but did not get a refund from the expensive room.

Exceptional
The hotel was in a great location. It was centrally located and it was very easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the water area. The staff were extremely nice and helpful in every way. The breakfasts were delicious with a lot of great options both hot and cold. We utilized the pool area and it was great too.
