Disappointing
Location good although not on waterfront as pictured but very close . Good breakfast . One evening meal had was very bland
The poor communication by the hotel regarding industrial action and fact evening meal which was paid for as part of the price was not refunded in the total cost. Difficulty in being able to speak to anyone due to long queues at reception which wouldn't ha
ve been necessary if the hotel were protective in their communication. Poor lighting in rooms which were very dark . No housekeeping.

The breakfast was amazing, there was so much to choose from. It was my birthday whilst I was staying there and they presented to me a cake with a lovely message (not expected at all) I was blown away by the thoughtfulness.

Wonderful
Warm and welcoming very close to the water. Staff and facilities were excellent. Hotel had a nice relaxed, homely atmosphere. Fika was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Gorgeous hotel, nice rooms and shared areas. Great value with a great breakfast and dinner included, helpful staff and perfect location
No cleaning or towel change isn’t great. Even just new towels or a quick tidy up would be nice

We had a corner room with a lot of light, it was lovely and warm and the temperature could be regulated easily
Food was very good, breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and although only one choice of main meal for dinner , it was very nice , always well cooked

Parking close by.
Due to cancelled flights, we had to leave a day early but they would not refund us.
We also missed dinner twice due to cancelled flight and other problems, and their dinner window is very small, but they did not offer to put a meal aside for us, or offer any other alternative.
There is no electric car charging option nearby- which is very difficult as we could only hire an electric car. They also could not tell us where to go and charge the car.
The lights did not always work.

Great location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and bonus dinner and afternoon tea as well as breakfast.
Beds were a bit soft, but it wouldn't put us off staying there again.

Everything was perfect.
The staff are wonderful.
The food was excellent.
The room was outstanding and the hotel really is a home from home.

Ideal central location but not over noisy by night Breakfast was exceptional
The choice was immense
The bar area was very quiet in the evening with limited choice
However drinks were available if be it in a sterile atmosphere

Great location. Excellent breakfast and the inclusion of the fika and dinner is a nice touch. Room was comfortable and a good layout for a family of 4.
There was very loud music playing until 3am on our first night. It seemed be coming from the street but the windows were doing nothing to stop it! We got earplugs for the second night.
The bathroom drain also flooded onto the floor when we let the bathroom out.
