Comfy beds, spacious room, a lovely homely feel to the hotel. The included dinner was a welcome meal, and perfect for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Position of hotel fabulous.

Great location right on the harbour. Big room with comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet.
The photos were a bit misleading the hotel doesn’t face into the harbour. Rooms were dark and a bit tired. It was expensive for the standard. Evening meals not great.

Liked the breakfasts, FIKA, and evening meals. We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to see, as well as being only a short walk to the cruise terminal.

We loved our stay here! It was in the perfect location in the heart of Bergen within an easy walk of all the key attractions and the train station.
Our included breakfast and dinner was great and the Harbour room was huge with an amazing view
The couch bed was originally uncomfortable but when I told staff they quickly fixed it and I had a comfy next night.

The hotel has good location and close to Bryggen by foot, the hotel also provides good breakfast and has more food varieties and the dinner included in the room rate. The room has big space included 2 rooms for 3 of us.
We booked 2 rooms and it would be better to have the rooms close together or in the same floor.

Staff was friendly. Loved all the meals!! Room on 7th floor was amazing! Everyone was very accomodating. They were there for us when we needed them TWIICE at the spur of the moment. They were life saving!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very pleasant, in a great location, and the food was absolutely amazing — definitely one of the highlights. The service was outstanding, truly 10/10. The only downside is the Bergen weather, as it rains quite a lot, but of course that has nothing to do with the hotel. We would definitely recommend this place
