Great location for traveling to/from airport which is a 3 minute walk away. We flew into Bergen, dropped our luggage at the hotel, and took the airport train to Bergen for the day. Easy and convenient. The next morning we picked up a rental car at the airport and began a tour of the fjords. Hotel is clean and modern. Room was one of the larger ones for 3 people (double bed and an extra bed)
A bit noisy, breakfast was decent but a bit crowded.

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were large and comfortable. The staff was kind. The location was great. The parking was very close to the entrance.

Proximity to airport made it easy. Had i known I could take luggage cart from airport there would have been much easier. Bed was very comfortable.
Check in process was tedious and front desk saw struggle but did not offer assistance. Once I asked for it they were quite helpful. Was very long walk to rooms and signage not so clear to indictate where room was located. No fridge in room and no tissues.

一、前台服務不專業，我們到了房間門口才發現房卡不能使用，房間距離電梯口非常遠，本來就很疲憊的狀態下被迫返回前台重新錄入，並且此過程沒有感受到前台應有的歉意。 二、房間既沒有燒水壺也沒有配備minibar或者茶包和咖啡。 三、一進入房間就隱約聞到汗酸味，當時因為過於疲憊沒有第三次下樓要求換房間而選擇開窗通風。但關窗過後汗酸味道很快就恢復。 四、浴室的純單層玻璃門設計極其危險，並且浴室門底部也沒有作防水處理，導致一洗澡水便往外亂跑。

Loved the free coffee that tasted GOOD and not terrible like some coffees offered in other hotels. Food convenience was excellent. Bar, restaurant, and vending machine was great for my overnight stay

It is an easy walk with luggage 3 to 4 minutes from the Airport Terminal. Excellent choice to meet and collect your group if they arrive at Bergen Airport on different flights. Perfect as an Assembly Point and one-night rest before you kick start your adventure in the West of Norway! The same for departure as well!

The hotel is a 2–5 minute walk from the airport terminal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s a nice bar downstairs for a quick pint, and the breakfast buffet is really good.
A kettle with some instant coffee, tea and biscuits in the room would be a lovely touch. The city centre is well connected, though a fair few miles away.
