Wonderful
Room was bit small for 3 persons , Break fast was good with lot of options available. Hotel was near creek with plenty of food joints availble nearby and was near transportaion Hub.
Except the room size being compact for 3 adults and Limited Foos options availbale in Inhouse Restaurant.

The location is great. Also, the breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are old, the shower was not working properly, and the cleaning was not done properly. We always had to ask for extra towels, and the reception staff were not smiling at all and felt like they were working under duress. Service could be much better.

Location was in the heart of old Bergen. There was a large selection of food for breakfast.
Hallways and rooms were dimly lit. If saving energy is your jam then you might like it. We paid for a standard room and arrived early for check in which may have impacted room availability. Received what might be a "lower" standard room as it overlooked a small courtyard containing building services.

The location was perfect! Easy walk to sights and main activities, including Bryggen. The room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the water and Bryggen.
Breakfast was so-so. Cooked food (eggs, pancakes, meat, etc.) was always cold, the breakfast room was crowded, and only one coffee machine was available for self-service for many, many people. Breakfast also ended at 9:30am, which is not convenient for late travelers. The staff was kind enough but did not offer helpful suggestions when the restaurant was closed and roped off. The hotel lobby waiting area often had dozens of people waiting, was loud with conversations and full of chaotic activity.

Perfect location, but in room 215 someone messed up. The shower door does not shut and it runs into the towel rack. Therefore when you shower, the bathroom floor gets soaking wet and for some reason, a bath mat isn’t supplied. It’s funny except when the clothes you leave on the floor get wet. Good breakfast, it’s just mayhem.

It has a stellar location and the rooms were comfortable.
Rooms were cold (the heat was bother on) & the bar didn’t open until 5 pm. It should’ve opened at 3. 40 people were hanging bin the lobby with no services.

Poor
No towels in the room, I had to bring it up, coffee maker had old water from previous visitors. Pillows so soft that didn’t have any functionality. Nobody cared.

There was a staff at the front desk who was not accommodating never the less there was another staff who helped us move to a better room was very customer oriented and friendly.

The location right on the Harbour. It was quite, away from street noise.
The attitude and abrupt manner of the woman that was at the check-in desk. She was on the phone with a personal call, then proceeded to be uncaring about her job of getting us checked in with our reservation.

Amazing breakfast. Nice breakfast room overlooking water.
Small room. No bathmat. Weird pillows. There was a nightclub somewhere right outside our room. On Saturday, it was incredibly noisy until about 2:00AM. Location is just okay. We preferred the area south of the water, near Ole Bulls Plass, prettier with better restaurants.

The housekeeping and cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. There were no towels on the first day we checked in and didn’t clean up the room on the subsequent days until we notified the front desk.
