Did not get the deluxe room we paid for. Tiny room. Stupid two half covers across the bed. Faced office building a few feet away. Cheap small towels. Hard to get in and out of the building, especially with luggage.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Its in the most amazing location, the staff were so friendly and we felt it was excellent value for money. Breakfast is incredible and even though dinner is limit, as non fussy eaters we loved every meal. Would 100% recommend

We were extremely satisfied with everything during our stay. The accommodation and our room were both very beautiful and spotlessly clean. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We arrived quite late, after dinner time, yet we were still warmly greeted and kindly provided with a hot meal, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We had a great experience and would gladly return!

It was an amazing accomodation and service. The hotel is in the hart of Bergen. Tha staff is helpful and kind. The service is fantastic, the breakfast, the aftenoon tea, and the diner are various, delicious and rich. And above all, everything is included in the price. We enjoyed it very much, and we will come back again!

The food was exceptional. Breakfast choice was excellent. Fruit delicious. The final in the afternoon is a rest little treat and the evening meal was delicious every night. Can’t fault the food The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Staff very very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Airport bus stops right outside hotel.
