Wonderful
This hotel is in an amazing location- right near the harbor, funicular, and fish market. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Iyrna and Erlend. The breakfast had great variety and was beautifully displayed. The rooms were very clean. They have washing available in the basement.
We booked the largest room available, and it turned out to be very tight. Be aware how small all the rooms are when you book at this hotel.

Appreciate that we were able to leave our bags with concierge all day. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good - variety, nuts and muesli for yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit (melon) was perfect, decent breads but would like a whole wheat option.
Room was rather noisy due to traffic. The passive bathroom vent fan whistled 100% of the time. No hairdryer in the room!

Location was excellent. The staff is as nice and friendly as can be. They work well as a team to meet the needs of the guests. The bath and shower were spotlessly clean and in very good condition.
The rooms are small like most European hotels in older buildings but they are clean and nicely furnished. The size of the room is clearly stated in the app so if size matters to you pay attention to that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made great recommendations for the neighbourhood. The restaurant next door, Soya, was phenomenal and they provide a discount for people staying at the hotel. The location is very central to the main attractions in Bergen which allowed us to pop back to our room during the day to take a break or eat a snack. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we really enjoyed the free tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby bar at any time of day. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bergen!

Location is 10/10, staff is 10/10 (helpful, friendly, knowledgeable). When I had mistakenly booked economy room (don’t do that) and wanted to upgrade, the receptionist was super helpful and got me a better room for a reasonable price.
The economy room was super small, but I managed to upgrade to a regular room right away so it was fine. They don’t have room service or restaurant in the hotel, but there’s a restaurant next door so that wasn’t a problem, either.

5 min walk from the airport. Big and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good bedroom size.
The soundproof was good for the street but completely missing for the corridor. You can hear people talking and moving with their luggage at any time in the night.
