Very Good
Location was perfect for a quick two night trip. Everything is within minutes of the hotel and there is easy access to hiking.
The single room is very cozy. The breakfast is good, there was plenty and everything seemed fresh.

Great location good breakfast in a quiet lifeless hotel. When I arrived the reception was from behind the adjoining bar which I dislike.
It felt gray and grim but the room was attractive clean even if very small.

The location of the hotel and comfortable and clean room. You can walk out the door after enjoying their delicious breakfast and either take a few steps to the funicular and visit Mount Floyen or enjoy the harbour.

The staff! The location! Did I say location!!!!! Clean, large room with great view of city center and the harbor. American breakfast selections. Great attached quiet pub. If I get to go back to Bergen, I’m not even gonna look for another place to stay. It’s definitely the Harbour Hotel for me.
There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. Everything was perfect!

Excellent location and the breakfast was great. A refrigerator in the room that did not get very cold but cold enough.
Good toiletries in the bathroom.
The shower was absolutely shocking. A half glass around the shower under which all the water was spreading a mess we put at least four towels down on the ground.
This really made our accommodation really uncomfortable. The closet space was very small for two people..

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Room 508 was outstanding and Irene was most gracious.
I made a non-refundable booking with payment on 29 April 2025 for 21 & 22 March, 2026. On 21 September, I requested that the booking for 21 March be moved to 3 April because KLM did not have an available flight arriving on 21 March. I was not asking for a refund. My request was 6 months prior to the booking so the hotel would lose nothing. I was even willing to pay a change of booking fee. Management unreasonably refused to do so. That was a bad business decision. I therefore booked another hotel for April 3 and my daughter booked another hotel for 21 March and 3 April because of this.

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant, city center and all kind of stations are in walking distance. It’s not nearby the main street, which is a advantage that not be noisy.

The breakfast was great! The rooms were very quiet: the room next to me had a 18 month old baby, and I did not here her crying at all.
