Room did not smell very fresh when we arrived, staff not all professional, I was at the friet affair and one employee was talking loud and saying shut up to her colleague, breakfast tables dirty, had to wait long before they refill cups for coffee, swimming pool was cold.

Wonderful location, beach right in front of the hotel. Clean rooms on arrival, clean pool area. Nice breakfast, not much variety but good. Friendly staff.
It seems, they improve some things, like lifts redecorated, new chairs in the room. Other things were not that good. Bad food at the 2 restaurants we visited. Buffet food was just not that good at all, tasteless rice, stew with not much meat in it. Just not tasty. We paid 100+ EUR for 2 adults plus one child, quality did not match the price. What happened? It used to be good food there. Not anymore. The second restaurant was also disappointing, very dry fried pizza, very dry fried chicken in cezar salad. After that we started eating in the city. Pool lockers do not work more and more. Previously you would face a broken one every now and then, this time it was a challenge finding a working one. Something needs to happen there. House keeping one day was perfect, the next day completely absent. Somebody came in, sort of did the bed, but no towels change, or rubbish to be taken away, no cleaning either. I am not sure what it was. The reception was not sure also, it seems. We contacted them 2 times, somebody then did come to do basic housekeeping, leaving dirty tea cups behind for some reason.

Waking up to the sight of the sea from our room was an absolute delight. A perfect start to every morning!
Ah, where do I begin? Our stay at this hotel was a journey -- a journey through the culinary Twilight Zone. The breakfast buffet promised a world of possibilities, with its sprawling array of options. But alas, it was a cruel mirage. The scrambled eggs, for instance, resembled yellow sawdust, a dish so dry and devoid of flavour it could double as packing material. The croissants had all the charm of damp cardboard, and the coffee? Let’s just say it had the audacity to exist. Feeling adventurous (and foolishly optimistic), we wandered to the Grand Café near the pool -- a decision that will haunt us forever. The service moved at the pace of a hibernating sloth, and the food... well, let’s just say it gave "low quality" a new low to aspire to. It was as if the chef had a personal vendetta against seasoning, effort, and joy. In conclusion, this hotel taught us valuable lessons: appearances can be deceiving, hope is a dangerous thing, and next time, we’re bringing granola bars.

Another fantastic visit to this hotel, Perfect location for our stay, perfect room that is comfy again. Great facilities that can be used before you get your room and after check out.
I just feel the 4pm check in is late. We arrived in the area for 9am and I appreciate rooms need servicing but by adding a early check in at cost would help as yes we could use facilities but we had to keep our bags handy with us.
