The hotel on itself is beautifull. Restaurant is nice. Easy parking
Stayed there from 17th April till 22th April, room 117. Day 1 the room was clean noce and tidy. Day 2 room service did not cleanup my empty bottles and glasses put on the desk. Day 3 and Day 4 hand saop amd shower gel was finished, so 2 days they didnot replace it, thankfully i had my own shower gel. Not even toilet papaer. Day 5 my room was not even cleaned, not even clean towels, garbage can was not cleaned up 3 days. No toiletnpaper again. Bed was messed up. And those 2 lasts days incomplained st front desk, only thing they said sorry we will look into it. I would never nook this hotel again. Also the bathroom sink very dirty.

Comfort single was very comfortable, bed and chair were excellent. Room was quiet.
In bathroom there is nowhere to hang towel after you wash your hand except the very high and awkward located rack in the shower.

The hotel is a lovely establishment with lovely clean rooms. We were on the ground floor which had a private terrace onto the front on the hotel entrance.
The little coffee shop sell the most delicious bakeries and other essentials which is a lovely asset to the hotel. We didn’t opt for breakfast so this was really helpful during our stay.
There’s free parking available around the hotel, you just need to validate your parking ticket at the hotel reception.
A big shout out to front desk officer Iris who was really helpful and warm.
The cleaning staff did a good job with plenty of clean towels replenished but the toilet brush was left in the toilet (I’m sure in haste).
The hotel is not far from scheveningen beach - a short 10 mins drive. It’s really a lovely sandy beach with plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops and a mall. You can opt for a cheap kibbling meal or a sit down meal at the restaurants.
Just a small observation that whilst I was requesting for housekeeping to come to my room to clean whilst we were out, a member of the front desk had asked me to return to my room to put the wooden sign on the door when this could be easily done by her simply asking the housekeeping to clean the room from front desk. It’s just customer hospitality… to make your customers feel happy and at ease. Upon my request she noted it on the computer but she seemed a bit annoyed having done so.

The hotel is very comfortable. It is good if you come with a car. The equipment is new.
The breakfast is very goid but costs 22.5 euros per person.
The room cleaning is very late. Usualy around afternoon. This is not the first time we face it in this hotel.

I just requested a room with bathtub. They gave an answer on arrival day which it was not possible to cancel anymore. They didn’t have room with bathtub. But answer was late. If I know earlier, i would cancel reservation

The location was very good and they had plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant was nice and the lady at the front desk made sure we were able to get in for dinner even though we arrived later in the day.

Nicely renovated space, beautiful rooms, great location, helpful staff. Oh- phone charger built into the night stand- Genius!!! All hotels should have this!
The parking situation could definitely be better, long walk from the car to the room due to not many entrances to the hotel. We had a few miscommunications with staff that could easily be cleared up with more training. Hotel should have bell staff or more luggage carts.

We appreciated a lot of things: from outstanding facilities and exterior design; to spacious parking with fast charging stations; to very welcoming staff; and surprisingly tasty breakfasts.
The only drawbacks: an air vent (above the shower) felt off all of a sudden; the layout of Junior Suite was a bit unconventional to me (bathtub in the middle of a room, without any separating wall).
