Very Good
The room was nice size. The location was great, right by hiking trails, by beach and short drive into town. Breakfast was also fantastic with a lot of variety. The staff was nice and helped with my suitcases at check-in.
The room needs some minor renovation like a new coat of paint on the walls (chipping and dents in parts of the walls currently) and some of the furniture was peeling. Fix this and the room will be fantastic and worth what I spent on booking.

Uniquely positioned location in the dunes combined with a high service level.
Good kitchen, both for breakfast as for quality dining.
Occasionally parking is an issue and when it’s busy staff can be a bit overwhelmed.

Perfectly located villa hotel in the dunes, in the "middle of nowhere". Great for a cozy and relaxing weekend enjoying the surroundings, gastronomy and nature. Conveniently marked beautiful walking/hiking routes and all conveniences and a great restaurant at the hotel for after the walk. Very friendly professional staff.

No elevator, average breakfast for a 4-star hotel, and large rooms are poorly heated.

Location 15 minutes walk to the beach
Surrounded by the dune park with nice hike and bike trails
Stairs are pretty steep and narrow, like in a Dutch house, so if you have any disability or very small kids and/or luggage - you may need to reconsider booking here.
Also, walls between the rooms are thin therefore you hear all loud sounds like taking a shower, slamming doors
Although we requested it, there was no key to our room in the safe when we arrived at 11 pm.

It was in a great location and the breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean. It was nice to be able to see the stars through the large window.
The only inconvenience was that the hallway was a little narrow.

Lovely boutique hotel located in the Dunes in Wassenaar. Access the beach by walking or rent an ebike at the hotel! Plenty of parking available. Not easily accessible by public transportation, but that was not a priority for us. Staff was extemely helpful.

The location is good for some hiking around and silence.
The hotel is under renovation so things are dusty and not enough cleaning, the room we got were not that clean.

location is good
The coffee at the bar after arrival was cold and very poor quality (strong UHT milk taste, beans were obviously also not very good), same at breakfast, coffee was poor. between 2 and 7 birds were in the restaurant, unacceptable. Several times no hot water in the veining for showering. We rented eBikes, which were not in good shape, one had a broken bell, the crankset or motor of the other slipped all the time.
