It is located right on the river with very nice views. The food in the restaurant was very good and overlooked the river. The location in Vlaardingen was perfect for my travels. Although it says they do not have a refrigerator in the room- mine did and this was great to have.
I was charged for 2 breakfasts each day and I was a solo traveler so when I asked about a refund they said they could not do that. Also the air conditioner in my room never worked very well.

Nice spot next to the water and great views from the restaurant. They really stick to the marine/sailing theme which is fun.
The room was super clean, but definitely dated. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, and you could hear doors slamming quite loud, so it wasn't a great morning. Breakfast was okay. Overall, a fine hotel, but got the feeling they had not thought everything through from a guest perspective, which I would expect for this price point.

The room was very good and clean, the view was nice, and the staff were very welcoming. the ambiance was nice as well.
it was far from the city center actually and with the traffice it took us sometimes every time we go out. but hte hotel is perfect.

Overall a very nice place. We loved being out by the river and enjoyed watching a variety of boats passing by from our breakfast table. The hotel was good to reach by public transport, nice and quiet, breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly.
Minor details only! We were excited to be able to open the hotel room window only to realize we had invited over a dozen mosquitoes to a vampire party (makes sense, given all the water around us...). Maybe a warning for other visitors with as little foresight as us might be good ?
It would also be nice to be able to hang a wet raincoat. The available hangers did not allow for coat length, and there wasn't room to hang anything in the bathroom.

Only the location because it’s near by the river
In the check out process they transfer extra money from our bank account without our permission. Also room items are not enough for 4 star hotel. And the stuffs in the dining room are bad. Also bills of the food and drinks are wrong. Every time they send the bills extra what we eat.

excellent view towards the river, if partially obscured by a tree. Quiet room, good selection of light and power points. Breakfast available fairly early, good selection. I didn't hear any corridor noises.
Single glazed window wall means the room overheated very quickly. I avoid using room cooling systems, had to turn it off every evening after the cleaners had been. Having said that, please do not fit sealed double glazed units! One of the joys of the hotel is being able to open windows for photos and for a breeze. Cleaning in the main dining area wasn't up to previous visits, sticky tables are horrible.
