The whole areas in the hotel were dusty even inside the room.
Coffee cubs and machine were so dirty.
Big number of garbage bags and boxes were placed Infront of my room and blooming parts of the door.
Cleaning material, trolley, vacuum cleaner, ...etc were placed in the same location.
The staff was not cooperative claiming that there is only one person at the reception so she couldn't came to evaluate the mess.
I have a video for all these comments and willing to share.

Exceptional
After traveling by motorcycle for 11 straight days across Europe and staying in hotels and B&B's this hotel offered the best breakfast. The restaurant was also open for dinner which was another great convenience. The wifi was very good as was the staff. I needed a few documents printed and the staff was very willing to provide that service. The hotel is about an 8 minute walk to the metro station which made it very easy to get to the Amsterdam airport. The room was very clean and smoke free.
To be honest, I cannot think of anything.

When we arrived there was broken glass on the floor in the hotelroom. And there was a BIG RAT!!! In the lobby. Many black hairs in our bathroom and on the bed. Our experience was very bad!! Check the cameras on the 6th of july time between 01:10 and 01:13 am for the rat

The staff at the reception was very helpful and the facilities were clean and ok
There was some construction going on in the property so accessibility was a bit affected. The location of the entrance was also abit difficult to locate on the first day
