Nice welcome lovely location with really good facilities for both villa stays and camping made to feel like any problems would be sorted out. Lovely and comfortable with everything you need. Would love to come again.

it's an appartment next to a campsite. In summer it has a swimming pool available, which is very nice.
Apart garage for bikes was available with the key lend to us, without extra charge.
It has a nice private terrace to sit outside.
kitchen has all the cooking gear available. comfy sofa's.
Located very close to the city of Valkenburg, 2.2 km, downhill
Pans were a bit sticky, fried egg got turned into scrambled eggs. But not less tasty of course.

very friendly family that runs the place - makes you feel right at home!
pool is rather small, bunk bedroom is a bit cramped, towels should be included in the price - small details but it just makes it more complete, but honestly all in all a very nice place to stay.
