Very nice location, great for visiting Valkenburg (and not having to pay a lot for the stay).
The building is nicely renovated & the staff is friendly.
I really liked the food in the restaurant.
The room wasn't very clean, bathrooms were shared with many other rooms

Very nice staff, cosy and friendly. Breakfast was good, but not exeptional. I liked my stay and consider a next stay when around.
No table in the room and no working television. This is only a minor issue.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. the Food was very good and it was in a good location for easy access to Maastrict. There were lots of cycle and walking areas nearby. My room was small but adequate, clean with a comfortable bed.
Some of the areas, including my room and shower, could do with being updated. but i gather the owners have not been there long and so hopefully this is in their plans. We booked rooms with views of the garden but only had views onto a flat roof with air conditioning units. I was not given a key to the front door so was unable to access my bedroom one evening. The joining door had been locked so I had to sleep in friends room. The staff were as shocked y this error as i was and I was given refund for that night.

A beautiful old building in a nice little village surrounded by nature, friendly staff, good food and coffee. Only the cleaning could be done better, my room was full of cobwebs and the carpet was a bit dirty. Great value for what you pay though and totally recommend!

Disappointing
good location.
When I use the special bathroom/toilet filter, the room where I stayed is listed. However, there is no private toilet or bathroom. They are shared by three rooms. There is only a special sink which obviously you cannot use for taking a shower.
Moreover, the duvet covers feel like plastic bags and are really low quality.
Last but not least, the isolation of the room is so bad. You hear all the sounds from next door and outside. Also, the heat loss from the windows makes your room really cold even if you turn on the heater.
