Fantastic location!! It was right in the center of the action and was a perfect spot.
The stairs are steep!! No elevator. And we had to park a few blocks away. But it was worth it. We just brought out backpacks in and left luggage in the car. Also no door on the bathroom! ??

The beds were comfy and large, and if that is the only endearing factor, it's a damn shame it costs so much money.
Just a rather passable hotel, not particularly worth the price that it cost to stay there. The bed was comfy, the mini fridge didn't work at all, and staff were rather unfriendly / avoidant of us. It says on google that breakfast comes included, though it does not.

The location is in the city center. And everything is walking distance. The family room quite big and spacious.

Amazing location in the heart of old city. Close to caves and other touristic spots. Staff is very good and friendly.
There is no toilet room in the rooms. In our room was also a terrible smell from the sewer. The radiators are disabled, so you will not be able to dry clothes. The only way to hit your room is AC.

The room was huge, beds were comfy and the staff were lovely!
I liked it all, but if you have a pram it is challenging to get it upstairs.

The good restaurant just downstairs
Just small points. Had to ask for the shower gel to be filled. This should be checked. It was done promptly. Coffee capsules need topping up daily - didn’t happen.

Location excellent and staff unbelievable
Room slightly inferior to photos but was ok. Breakfast staff could benefit from some training, lots of things ran out and kept having to ask for them (plates, knives, cups) then seemed annoyed when we went into cupboards to look for them. ?

Hotel room was clean and comfortable
The entrance of the hotel was through the restaurant part where a lot of people had their lunch or drinks at that time. The staff was not very friendly

Wonderful
Nicely situated in the busy old town between the castle, the canal snd old buildings . Lots of lovely restaurants around with vibrant atmosphere. Valkenhof self has s lovely restaurant. Thevowner snd staff were friendly and helpfull. Our apartment had an old and classic style, spatious with attention to detail.
Seeing that this a busy and vibrant area, noise is understandable, including removing trash at night, but it is part of life and to be expected.

Location is great. Right in centre of town. Nice rooms. Great restaurant
Could have put a couple of bottles of water in room. Doesn’t cost a lot and saves us drinking from the bathroom sink when we forgot to buy water
