They were super friendly and welcoming, clean room and bathroom. Prices were also very reasonable, breakfast was simply amazing, so much choice and all tasty. Would absolutely come again if I go to Valkenburg!

As soon as we arrived with our dog the staff were very helpful.
The room was exceptional and had a spa bath.
As you obviously can't take the dogs into the breakfast room they set up a table in the bar area for us so we could bring our dog while we were having breakfast.
Location in the town centre is also fantastic.
Perfect stay would definitely come and stay again.

Very noisy: thin walls, so lot of noise from neighbours, stairs and hallway.
Lot of noise in the room when neighbours shower or flush their bath. We stayed 3 nights and we woken up every night.

The room was beautiful, comfortable and loved the jacuzzi- beds were very nice
Honestly. could hear every sexual noise our neighbors were making, I thought soundproofing would be better but then I thought, "wow, she's just really loud!" Alles goed! Haha

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, with a huge bathroom, enough closet and cabinet space, and a big comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and there was also a charming and cosy bar with a nice variety of drinks and cocktails. The hotel was not too far from the highway and is situated in the town centre and is near many shops, cafes and restaurants. The main sites (the castle and “velvet caves”) are a brief 15 minutes walk. Many thanks to all of the lovely staff who made our stay extra special!
