Disappointing
- I liked the location. We came for the christmas markets and it was just outside the main center which meant not as busy and easy to reach by car. It was a 5-15 minute walk to reach all christmas market locations, which was really great.
- the sauna was nice
- not all staff was friendly (one woman called her colleague retarded and honestly thought this was the worst unprofessional behaviour i've ever experienced in a hotel)
- they had given my room to someone else, then gave me the spare key to that room, so i walked in on someone in what was supposed to be my room. I felt horrible and apologised to those people. Went back to reception because apparently that wasn't my room (it was, they gave those people the wrong room), and so i got another room eventually. No apologies, nothing.
- breakfast was stale and bland. Honestly made me feel sick. Tried to eat a croissant and it was so dry it was hard to swallow.
- The rooms are incredibly old and you can see it. Mold in the bathroom and nothing was soundproof. We could hear people talk in the hallway while we tried to sleep. We complained about it and the response from reception was: "nothing we can do about that... so..." so yeah. Not a great experience.
- the pool wasn't heated even though they advertised it as such
- almost 400 euros for 2 nights is way to expensive for how bad this hotel is.

Nearby the city center and main attractions, wonderful swimming pool and an incredibly welcoming staff. Live music in the garden was very pleasant

The pool on site,, excellent sauna, late bar, extensive breakfast
Bit far from the centre but only 10 mins walk.
Using tokens instead of cash for drinks in the bar.
Lack of a/c in my room.

Entrance & reception area / bar quite nice.
Nice pool, though spoilt by lots of mildew
We booked a so-called superior room. Very pokey bathroom, no toiletries, cheap malamine units, no shower curtain, too small to sit comfortably on the toilet. Given a room with only a view of the air-conditioning vents from the kitchens, and that despite the hotel being nearly empty. Safe not fixed. Although free access to the pool, no bathrobes / slippers etc

The breakfast on Sunday was really nice. There was so much choice and there even was champagne.
The room was also nice and clean.
We also liked the view from the room.
We stayed here, because we attended Pinkpop festival and it was only 30 min by train.
They didn't come to clean the room. You had to hang the sign on the door, but we didn't know about it.
