Lovely property - clean, tidy and very well presented.
The restaurant offered a delicious meal on the evening and breakfast did not disappoint.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Small walk to town and parking was easily sorted.

I loved the staff, sooo welcoming and caring, the sauna in the bathroom and very beautiful big bathroom
The room was not as clean as expected, the artificial plant in the room was dusty which made me question how clean it was but everything else was okay

Great location, just in front of the station and very close to the center of Valkenburg.
Insulation is very bad, lots of noise from the street and you can hear everyone coming to the hallway, opening and closing the doors just as if there were no walls.
Pillows and mattresses are not comfortable at all. The floor looks like it is dirty, definitely needs to be retouched.

Forst off all there is no elevator in the hotel you need to enter the apartment building elevator then get down by stairs to your room, there is no reception after 11:00 pm when we came back our room card didn’t work so we try to contact the hotel by calling them ( international call ) after the 3 time someone answered we told him about our problem he said i will check with my colleague and no one came when we call again he lead us to the master key safety box . It was bad experience ever

Location was great, pricing was also relatively good. Valkenburg is a very nice location. Public transportation is directly across the street which was awesome.
The staff at the front desk was not very friendly. They also do not have a secure room to check in your luggage while you're waiting for your room to be cleaned. There was one lady that was very nice. Unfortunately we did not get her name but she seemed to be the most experienced of the crew.
