Location was good. The breakfast area was nice as well. Good check in experience with staff
Unfortunately, I had a very awkward situation something I never experienced before. I left a personal item in the hotel. I contacted the hotel who said if they find it they would contact me. I was sure the item was there so contacted again 1 week later to get and updated. Reception lady ... Needs training... Said they found the item but could not explain why I hadn't been contacted. I asked if they could post it back, she said no because it was "too expensive" when I asked the price she had absolutely no idea and said she would need to check .. the whole conversation was awkward where at some stage I was wondering if the hotel would make any effort to help me get my belonging. In the end posting it was "very expensive "... 12e.

Lovely hotel. Well positioned (although it's in a pedestrian zone). Lovely staff, very helpful. Nice clean rooms, great breakfast etc.
Stairs are very steep but there is a very claustrophobic lift

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was buffet style and had everything you could have asked for. The hotel, even though very central, is very quiet. Everywhere is easy to walk to from here.

Helpful staff and good size room. We asked for more pillows which was done quickly. Glad to see decaf coffee
No coffee maker and poor selection of teas and coffee. Powdered creamer which I hate. No milk. Breakfast was ok but I'm not a! fan of fatty bacon and scrambled eggs.

Generally it's a very nice hotel in a good location. The studio was nice and big .The shower was also very spacious, what I loved. The kitchen had everything what you needed- dishes, kettle, coffee maker and microwave. Bad was comfortable- I slept very good. Very nice personel.
The bathroom light and fan (which was quite loud) were on a sensor (turned on when you entered) and continued to run for about an hour after you left. This was a bit of a nuisance at night, not to mention energy-saving. You can hear a lot of noises coming from neighboring rooms and those above you (including using the toilet, which was literally above our heads). It's weird how you can even hear someone peeing... Standard keys (and only 1 pair) - no magnetic ones, which is rather standard nowadays and a great convenience
