We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this place. This is truly one of the best places we have ever stayed at! Everything was perfect – the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged.
What made the experience even more special were the owners. They are simply amazing – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. You can really feel how much they care about their guests.
The atmosphere, the service, and the location were all outstanding. We enjoyed every moment and felt completely at home.
Highly, highly recommended – we will definitely come back again! ⭐️

This is the usual no-frills accommodation one associates with the Netherlands. The place is in good repair and has all the basic amenities. It's in a beautiful part of the country, within easy distance of Maastricht, which was our main destination.
It was nice that the place had air conditioning, because the weather happened to be hot during our stay.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. She gave us information on several wonderful places to visit. We could easily access public transportation into the city centre and the nearby village of Valkenberg. Liked that we were able to put in a bread order for the morning. Apartment contained all the essentials if you want to store food or prepare a meal. Towels and linens were very clean. You will need to make and strip your bed. It is an apartment, not a hotel room. Expectations for your stay were written in a clear way. So expect to clean up after yourself and take out your garbage at the end of your stay. Some of the apartments are on an upper level requiring you to use the stairs, so manage your luggage accordingly. Parking was great.

Friendly, helpful host, clear information provided on the area, great location, apartment had all the necessary kitchen equipment, nice area to sit outside. Good parking facility. Well signposted from the road.
For the price the place was very good value for money. There was nothing outstandingly bad. We did have a car so did not need to try the local transport, but I understand that the location is well served by local busses.

Super nice apartment, clean, had everything I needed. Hosts are super helpful and nice. Comfortable bed, clean WC, perfect sofa =) Big apartment with nice windows.

I recently stayed at Hermes Apartment for two days, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The property owners were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist us in various ways, making our stay even more pleasant.
The location is fantastic, with a bus stop nearby, offering smooth and direct connectivity to Maastricht and Valkenburg. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was great for preparing meals. While the sofa bed wasn’t as comfortable as the main bed, it’s a useful option for additional sleeping space.
Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend Hermes Apartment to anyone visiting the area.
It would be better if a third person had a proper bed instead of a sofa bed, as it would be more comfortable.

We travelled as a family and had a very good experience at the property. We were met by the hosts on arrival and were warmly welcomed. The information provided on booking.com about the property was accurate and we did not have any unexpected surprises during check-in. We found the room very clean on arrival. We had hot weather, and our request for an extra fan was readily accommodated. Our room faced a busy road, but once the balcony door was closed, it was pretty quiet inside. The size of our apartment (28m2) was adequate for our family (3 adults + 1 child). Parking at the property was free (for one car). Checking out from the property was also easy and smooth. It was a pleasure to interact with Inge and Michel.
A couple of things to note (it was not an issue for us):
1. We had an upper floor apartment. Both access stairs are steep, so if you plan to carry heavy bags up and down often, it won't be very easy.
2. The kitchen is small. So if you plan to do a lot of cooking for 4 people, then you should probably get a room with a bigger kitchen.

Good place - Maastricht and Valkenburg are not so fare. Our destination was Maastricht, but we found Valkenburg - very nice town, perfect place for spending a day.
Appartmens are comfortable, clean and nice. Owner very friendly and helpful.

Room was very small. House was not suitable for 6 people. Kitchen was very small. Kitchen was smaller than kids kitchen. Heating was not sufficient. There was only 1 double bed in one room. Other room has 2 single bed. Behaviour of house owner was not good.
