Nice staff, breakfast ok and great location
Pretty noicy. Some doors that slam shut and an outdated vending machine in the hallway that was relatively loud

The perfect stay in this amazing Christmas town! The staff are outstanding and go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. The location is excellent and parking is just across the road. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with large, comfy beds. The bar has a super selection of beers and delicious snacks. It’s also tight on the route of the parade, a huge bonus. We look forward to a return visit! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Very central location, great for the Christmas parade and touring Valkenburg
Rooms were acceptable but perhaps a little tired and in need of a refurb. Wouldn’t put me off staying again though.

The location was excellent and clean. Staff were really nice, respectful and friendly. Moreover you can park for 24 hr only for €15.
The noise isolation of the rooms were very bad, the whole night you can hear your neighbors’ noise, doors noise and even phone alarms! It was very annoying. mattress was not comfortable, so we couldn’t sleep well!

Good breakfast and excellent location.
Room was adequate but very noisy from both inside the hotel - banging of doors. Guests next doorand outside our window. Needs more noise reduction treatment of the rooms.
Bar not manned, although reception staff came to serve.
