Wonderful
It is not far to the centre which is a great place to visit with plenty of bars and restaurants
It has on site parking
The only issue I had was with an automated check in but the link wouldn't work but that's more of an I.T. glitch than a problem with the hotel

Easy to find
Somehow my booking details were leaked by either Booking.com or this hotel. I was on an ultra bike event and very distracted so when contacted asking me to reconfirm my booking I did so and ended up being scammed for the price of the hotel room again. My credit card company can’t help as I authorised payment but I’m not sure about booking through Booking.com again or was it the hotel? Who knows but someone accessed my booking details

Close to the train station and good coffee at breakfast . Breakfast was ok not a loy to choose from but ok.
Noise next room bathrom was at my head so every night when the neighbor git in i could hear him take a shit a shower . Wifi was horrible on the last floor it kept interupting. Bathroom smelled old and musky. The single matraces kept traveling part from each other will not book again for sure next time. Firealarm went of at at 2 o'clock at night by accident no clear comunication of what happ.

Overall nice place. Impressed by same day refund after we reported we were locked out of our room during the night.
We had an issue with our room keycard which stopped working due to an automatic reset, locking us out in the middle of the night, waited 1.5 hours to be let in by a staff member. Another visitor was also experiencing the same issue at the same time, so not just us who experienced this.

No toiletries were provided on arrival (we have to ask for those). Nothing was left by cleaning staff after cleaning the room for 3 days.
Charged for parking but was not given the parking tag until 3rd request
Bedding was never changed during our 3 nights stay

Location was good. We used the fan provided, which is quite useful.
Lift and interior may have been better but no complaint this works fine for us.
