The hotel location is excellent, right off the highway, near the train station and the Christmas markets. It also has private parking with a dedicated charging port which is very helpful if you plan on going on long drives to Germany, Belgium. The staff is really polite, enthusiastic and helpful. Highly Recommend.

The bathoroom is extreemly cold, you cannot sut on toilet without your ass freezing The light turns automatically off when you are in the shower, go figure how to get light Cleaning was not too bright -found sweets under the bed and the bed sheet was stained

The brekfast
The guest in room 106 knocked on our daughters' door twice, saying they were talking and to be quiet. The problem was, the man was only wearing his underwear. My husband had to tell him not to knock again and then notified reception.

Close enough for all the amenities, ie restaurants. 5 minutes from the bus station/train station. Checking in and out super fast.
No fuss. Just a place for me to sleep and shower. My second stay there.

The breakfast room was lovely, the room small but efficient, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent being close to the train station and to the sights around town. Christmas time is beautiful there.

The only good thing about this place is the location.
The rooms are too small. You will struggle to just use the shower. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear someone snore in the next room. The breakfast was also disappointing

Our room was directly above the cafe. We could hear the music very well in our room (volume was turned down later in the evening). Late at night/early morning a lot of noise of drunk people (mostly men) outside of the hotel for almost an hour and that continued in the corridor when they came back in the hotel. The whole family woke up because of it. Carpet in staircase and corridors are ready for replacement Breakfast was very busy. There were not enough tables in de diner to sit everyone.
