Staff was incredibly welcoming and forthcoming. The hotel is very close to the train station (3 min) and convenient to find.
The building is a bit old, so the walls do let some noise pass through

The breakfast room was lovely, the room small but efficient, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent being close to the train station and to the sights around town. Christmas time is beautiful there.

Nice location, close to the city centre of Valkenburg. Train station nearby. Parking on property of the hotel. Nice looking building. Breakfast was ok.
Our room was directly above the cafe. We could hear the music very well in our room (volume was turned down later in the evening). Late at night/early morning a lot of noise of drunk people (mostly men) outside of the hotel for almost an hour and that continued in the corridor when they came back in the hotel. The whole family woke up because of it. Carpet in staircase and corridors are ready for replacement Breakfast was very busy. There were not enough tables in de diner to sit everyone.

Cute hotel. Good location. Loved having a parking lot. Excellent staff!
No sound deadening-could hear traffic and people walking and talking outside. Could hear people walking in the hallway, opening/closing doors, and could even hear the neighbors sneezing a couple times. Mini fridge in room was nice to have, but I didn’t see temperature adjustment mechanism so my food didn’t stay very cold. Light sensors for the bathroom are a good idea, but it would also be nice to have a switch that allows for turning off the bathroom light quickly if desired.

Good hotel, good selection of breakfast. Very friendly staff. Parking easy next to hotel
The room was not very spacious, but ok. The feeling of the hotel is more 3star than 4 stars. For example, the breakfast selection and food are good, but the food presented not to be luxary, small changes to the layout (restaurant, reception) would benefit the hotel. We didn't like the beds, but that could be personal.

Good comfortable bed, very good breakfast and excellent location. Very clean.
Although there was a small cupboard to hang clothes, there was not enough space to place other items on because there were no drawers or shelves, so I had to use the floor.

This hotel was well furnished, well presented and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. My single room was small with a small bed but was smart, modern and clean with a nice shower room. The location was excellent, being one minute's walk from the train station and five minutes from shops, bars and restaurants. It also had a large, easily accessible, secure car park. The continental breakfast was extensive and of good quality. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location, nearby all important things to see in Valkenburg
The price for the parking (11 euro per night), a bit expensive. Also the room was very small, on the left side of the bed u could not walk in a good way.

Good location, close to the city centre, friendly staff, enough secure private parking places against a reasonable price, comfortable beds, warm/hot shower. Unfortunately, you cannot set your preferred room temperature by yourself and « light sleepers » may hear the neighbours’ toilet flush during the night.
