the location of hotel is fab and little touches of water and sweets along with other things at reception is nice touch tings like tat I will be back but there is a downside
was put in what was like a basement it's called quiet part of hotel but not quiet at all noise all night all from room beside me and on street window slash door wouldn't open shower dripped all night

Friendly and professional staff. The room had a good ambience.
The window didn't close fully as it is clearly misused, old, and broken. At the next morning 0900 a garden man was jumpstarting his gears and produced over 100 decibels. It was extremely loud up until check-out unfortunately. Terrible. Also, the sheets of the bed came loose very easily showcasing the foam material of the bed. Lastly, the bathroom is just a shower head with glass wall and a hole in the ground. If you turn one way the water spreads through the bathroom. It felt more like a 2 star hotel with 4 star service. It's 2.8/5 for me, and only 4 star for the staff and the location.

Hotel is very central
Very poor rooms in the basement and very old and very dark , and bad smell , shower that isn't good and water leaks out . And carpet on the floors dirty. Allt the top floor are new but not the old ones in the basement and in the other building . Jot a 4 star hotel ! 2 star max .Hotel said they would check us in a quiet part of the hotel but there was music and noise all the nights

Perfect location being so close to the station, lovely greeting at reception (made even better with the news that Id been drawn as their customer of the day so hot my room upgraded free of charge!), room was perfect, breakfast was great, Ill be back!

Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Placed in the city center and easy to find.
Our room was facing the backdoor of all the kitchen restaurants so you couldn't open the balcony door and get some air because of the various intense smells. The balcony was connected with the room next door so anyone could walk in, you cannot leave the door open during night for example. If you make coffee or tea on the machine in your room, there's some extra creamer and sugar but no spoon.
