Location was ok. Plenty of restaurants nearby and good transportation options.
Room was clean but ugly. I did't like the interior decoration and the view from the window was on inner patio, which was dirty.

Loved this place for so many reasons:
1. Location to train station and tram- it is literally one block from both
2. Location near center of city: super easy walk to the centrum and Chinatown and next door to the best gelato in the city
3. Ease and innovation of check in: you sort of do it yourself w their help and I liked this
4. Lots is space for working here: lots of lounges and they have a cute courtyard and indoor space perf for reading and working
5. Free coffee on Monday mornings and when you check out
6. Free use of the laundry facilities
7. Comfy and large room
8. Very responsive and super quick with requests
9. Everyone was soooo nice and helpful

One word to describe it: WOW!
Location is great- just about 3 minutes walk from the Den Haag HS train station and tram stops with the restaurant on site(although , I didn’t tried it) and a few restaurants around(I would like to mention Uno restaurant with great food and equally good service).
They have a self service laundromat with both, washing and drying machines on site and it’s free to use.
Personnel in this hotel is going above and beyond. Every question or concern is answered. Everything you need- even if you don’t know you need it- is offered.
Room is big and clean, bed is comfortable, the bathroom and the shower cabin in it are the good size.
There was a personalized welcome note, small bag of popcorn and 2 bottles of water in the room.
One small issue: I was turning the TV off by using a remote, but a few minutes later TV was turning on its own. I ended up unplugging it from the power outlet. I’m sure that there is a way to turn it off so it could stay off, but I didn’t figure out how and I didn’t asked anyone about it.
Basically, if you are in The Hague and you are not staying at The Social Hub, you are making a big mistake.

The staff were friendly and professional, and they even left me a thank-you note in the room before check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near Den Haag HS Station, so it's easy to go to places. The room was spacious and quiet (at least the one I booked)

It’s ok for me for a short stay
There is not an actual working AC - buttons so not respond, no feedback audible or airflow confirming that the ac actually works.
Really like something (small) to keep one drink or my medication cooled.

Wonderful
The Social Hub seems to have different types of accomodation, so I can only talk about my one. I loved it! The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious and varied and the staff was world-class. Really, it's hard to overstate how polite and mindful the staff was!
The location is excellent for a variety of reasons. The hotel sits barely a block away from the Holland Spoor (HS) station and several tram stops. The plaza between the hotel and the HS Station has varied restaurants, from burgers to a posh Arab one, and the hotel street itself has a delicious ice cream and coffee shop. It's also near an Albert Heijn and a Jumbo supermarkets, in case you need them, and the street that flows from the HS plaza has several restaurants.
I found the insulation a bit too hot, to the point I had to open my room window. It's also a bit inconvenient having to go through a lot of doors and corridors to navigate between the hotel's facilities such as reception, breakfast, laundtry, rooms, etc.

Wonderful
The hotel is 1 block away from a train station, very convenient. It is in walk distance from city center and China town. The room is spacious, clean, and very quite. The activity room on the ground floor has billiard and table tennis available. There are also quite space for study and events to join.
The shower water may not hot enough for people prefer showing in high temperature water.
