The room was very spacious. We were also warmly greeted when checking in. The staff even did a call to our room shortly after we had checked in to ask if there was anything else we needed. The location was also a short walk from the train station and tram stop.
While the room was spacious, the shower area was a bit tight. There was also limited shelf space in the bathroom. The bathroom as a whole was much bigger than average so it's a bit strange to have a small shower area and limited space to store your toiletries.

Excellent location two minutes from Den Haag HS, smooth check-in, lovely staff, loved the restaurant (open till 10pm) cosy and okay menu, comfortable bed, good quality toiletries provided, there's a lot to like! :-)
The wash basin (sink) in the bathroom is too small to comfortably wash your face in. The courtyard can be a noise trap which could be annoying when groups gather late into the night.

It’s really modern and clean,plus every room is really spacious and provides all the amenities you might need.Also,the shower gel of their own brand smells heavenly.
The place is a mix between hotel and student accommodation,but I just saw the students downstairs and in general it was really quiet.
It’s a bit outside the city center,but nearby a small train station (not the main one though).
The area itself is not the nicest,but there are a lot of ethnic restaurants nearby.
I’d recommend the Kampong Express,really yummy Malaysian food.
The hotel has a restaurant and bar downstairs ,but the kitchen was most of the time closed way before the normal closing times because of the lack of people.

Lovely rooms, extremely personable and helpful staff, and great breakfast with lots of options. The gym is v clean with a variety of equipment. I also love the toiletries provided.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was a short walk from a train station. Plenty of workspace areas and places to sit/meet people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Soap/shampoo, etc smelled nice. Lemon mint water in the lobby. Hot water boiler in the room. Also, I always appreciate a hotel that considers its eco footprint.
There was no kitchen in the room, which was expected, but there was not even a mini fridge for leftovers/snacks, and there was plenty of space in the room for a mini fridge. The carpet and bathroom were not as clean as expected, and the shower drained slowly. The bathroom sinks were so small that I couldn't fill the kettle or my water bottle without using a cup, and I couldn't wash my face without splashing water everywhere. There were no sheer curtains on the windows, only blackout curtains, so you could only close them completely for privacy; the window faced a courtyard with other rooms, so people could see in if the curtains were open. The laundry area only had one working washer (two out of order), and I was not able to do laundry because it was always in use. They cleaned my room despite the do not disturb sign on the door, which was not a problem for me but could be for someone who actually didn't want to be disturbed.

Good location - note it is near Den Hagg HS train station not Den Hagg Centraal. Room was well appointed. Bathroom was renovated.
Reception is off to the side from the street. When checking in after hours, it’s not immediately obvious how to enter.

Very nice area and the whole set up was super friendly and inviting
The walk to the room was a bit long and annoying but its expected from a place this size, what is completely unacceptable is the shower door not having a seal on the bottom so all the water was leaking out and creating a big puddle each shower

Easy access to public transport. Jumbo and Albert Heijn supermarkets are right nearby. The property has its own paid parking.
The request we sent through Booking was completely ignored; it's clear it wasn't even read. Getting to and from the room means going through long, winding corridors and access-controlled doors. The rooms are somewhat worn. Three washing machines are not enough for a property of this size. Poor value for money.
