Exceptional
The staff were friendly and professional, and they even left me a thank-you note in the room before check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near Den Haag HS Station, so it's easy to go to places. The room was spacious and quiet (at least the one I booked)

It’s ok for me for a short stay
There is not an actual working AC - buttons so not respond, no feedback audible or airflow confirming that the ac actually works.
Really like something (small) to keep one drink or my medication cooled.

Wonderful
The Social Hub seems to have different types of accomodation, so I can only talk about my one. I loved it! The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious and varied and the staff was world-class. Really, it's hard to overstate how polite and mindful the staff was!
The location is excellent for a variety of reasons. The hotel sits barely a block away from the Holland Spoor (HS) station and several tram stops. The plaza between the hotel and the HS Station has varied restaurants, from burgers to a posh Arab one, and the hotel street itself has a delicious ice cream and coffee shop. It's also near an Albert Heijn and a Jumbo supermarkets, in case you need them, and the street that flows from the HS plaza has several restaurants.
I found the insulation a bit too hot, to the point I had to open my room window. It's also a bit inconvenient having to go through a lot of doors and corridors to navigate between the hotel's facilities such as reception, breakfast, laundtry, rooms, etc.

Wonderful
The hotel is 1 block away from a train station, very convenient. It is in walk distance from city center and China town. The room is spacious, clean, and very quite. The activity room on the ground floor has billiard and table tennis available. There are also quite space for study and events to join.
The shower water may not hot enough for people prefer showing in high temperature water.

Well located in neighborhood with several shops and cafes. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Nice meeting facilities and possibility to eat or drink something. Very clean and bright room.

Super location close to train and restaurants, nice facil;ities easy to find spots to meet and work. Comfy accomodation and rooms are spacious.
No fridge in the room, that is a must these days to keep your drinks and anything bought in market. Also there was no safe in my room. more drawer space for clothes would also have been useful

The staff was very friendly
The room was dusty, the TV was disconnected and when we requested help nobody was available to set it up, there was not water boiler even though they offered coffee and teabags and the air conditioner was extremely weird to set up, tried a million times but couldn’t make it to cool down

Pleasant
The location within 5 minutes from the Hague University of Applied Sciences meant absolutely everything for us and compensated for less positive features of our stay. The breakfast was also excellent and the various public rooms and open spaces that allowed for comfortable working on the laptop or similar.
The cleanliness of the room and the overall room service was not satisfactory. Also, occasionally sweeping the pavement in front of the main entrance and removing the large open garbage container from the main entrance would help with the first impression.
