The location is perfectly located in the centre of the Hague. The Royal Suite is a traditional Dutch appartment with quality furnishings and a very well equipped kitchen and excellent shower room. The check in was quick and easy with a very friendly host.
Nothing to dislike, everything perfect.

Very comfortable, just like home! Great for a short stay in Den Haag. It has a cute little garden to look at and sit in . Close to shops, restaurants and transport.
Renovations nearby were a little noisy, but on the whole it was pretty quiet.

Attractive, comfortable and large apartment in old building in the very centre of The Hague - as we were on the ground floor we also had access to a nice courtyard terrace. Both the main room and the bedroom were a very good size and well furnished, although the bathroom was quite small, and the kitchen was well equipped and suitable for preparing proper meals if needed. Our hostess Jessica was very friendly and helpful both before and during our stay and provided excellent recommendations for eating out and other activities. Overall a good choice for staying in the heart of the city.
Although the apartment was in fact very quiet, particularly in view of its central location, it was unfortunate that we constantly heard people in the room above pacing about. Also, it was a bit odd, and somewhat inconvenient, that access to the toilet was in the kitchen!

Great location with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and museums nearby. Close to tram stops to the rest of the city. Pleasant private garden with seating and table for eating outside in the sunshine. Very smart spacious apartment with all the facilities you need all in good condition. Very helpful and friendly host met us at the cafe next door which had very interesting, tasty food and drinks.
The garden needed some attention. The entrance hall was a little untidy as work was being carried out but it wasn't an inconvenience. As it was midweek some of the bars and restaurants were not open but there was still plenty of choices within a short walk.

- great location in the city center next to shops/restaurants (around 20 min walk to central station)

- would have been nice to know in advance that pation is shared with rest of the building. came home one night to find neighbours hanging around in what i had assumes was a private area. glad we had the doors locked
- toilet is outside the room, next to the kitchen (only shower and lavatory are inside the room)
- construction work on the corridor with building materials scattered all around and intense smells of food from neighbours.
- check in is not at the house, but on a coffee house nearby, had to wait about 30 min to check in. check out is the same, a mixup with the keys kept us waiting for a while
- person at check in said she would be emailling recommendations of where to eat, etc, but they never came
- no bathroom staples, no shower gel or shampoo, XS towels, had to buy them from the supermarket, weird for the price you pay
- room facing inwards to internal patio, not out to the street
- no way to fully shut blinds, glass room door did not help

We loved the apartment and the location, that is in a beautiful area, very close to all main tourist points. Kitchen was well equipped. Our host Jessica was very responsive and answered our requests promptly even at late hours.
Would be good to have some essentials like hand soap, shampoo and conditioner at the bathroom.

location is very good, near to shops and places ro eat and the apartment is big with complete of amenity like kitchen.
The entrance to the door is not covered so when its raining, its not convenience.
No breakfast, we should buy grocery for our own breakfast because the cafe around there is only open around 10am.
Location cant be reached by taxi, we have to wait at the other side of the road.
