Good
The location was fab for our evening at the world forum. Parking was easy and we were able to check in quickly. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom well equipped. Staff that we met was very friendly.
The food was good in the restaurant and the manager there was really amazing!!!
We had reserved a table for dinner that night. There was only 1 bartender there who was amazing but it was really challenging for him to attend to everything. THe staff helping him were a bit clueless and the main guy had to really do it all. He kept professional and patient with his staff, so really he did a fantastic job.
The next morning in the restaurant there wasn't enough staff and it took a while for us to be seated. We were able to order something that was outside the buffet and were waiting for a long time to then find out that they had run out without telling us (a kind waiter asked if we were ok and he went to check). He gave us something we had not ordered which was French toast and it was not really nice and hard - as it had been on the counter for a long time. The gesture was nice but not really what we wanted. The rest of the breakfast buffet was fine.
I booked through booking but my message to the hotel asking for a restaurant reservation was never responded to so I decided to make it myself. I know that finding staff is challenging but this made our stay less comfortable and I think also of others.

Very Good
The room was nice and comfortable, the staff was welcoming and breakfast delicious.
Both the room and the dining area were extremely cold. When taking the shower, water ran into the room.

Wonderful
We stayed only one night and it was a pleasant stay.
The breakfast was extremely good and diverse.
The room was clean, the Bedding was also very comfortable and the view of the city on the 8th floor was a cherry on top.
Our room was not ready at the check-in at 16:00. We were offered to wait another 30 min, but we preferred to leave the luggage and enjoy the city.
The walking distance till tram is around 10 min, consider this.
