The bed was exceptionally comfy! Great.
Rodrigo at the reception did an amazing job! (Also see my improvement comments).
The shower floor had stains all over; looked absolutely not hygienic. And anyway is disgusting.
The sink was clogged; Rodrigo himself on my arrival day went up and tried to fix this - bravo! to Rodrigo.
But he said there are no workers (on a Friday!) available to fix it, only Monday... (when I checkex out again). Very poor service from a worlwide hot chain!!

Great breakfast. Staff at restaurant was very friendly. Room was spacious.
The room was very dusty. We both developed allergic symptoms overnight. The bedlinnen appeared made from polyester and felt uncomfortable to sleep on.

We checked in at 18:00 and had reserved a suite for four guests. Upon arrival, we found that the additional bed had not been prepared. We had to contact the reception and request that it be made ready, which was inconvenient after our check-in.

Nice hotel— nice facilities and overall kind people.
We didn’t have housekeeping although we asked to. Also, we were asked to pay the last minute for the second day city tax although we thought we paid everything when we arrived. The receptionist thought we were staying for one night.

Food was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. The room was light and airy, clean and well organised.
Sofa in the bedroom is very low and difficult to get out of for somebody "older". Wifi not good - having to join Marriot Bonvoy to access was a pain and when I did it then wouldn't load. wifi should be open and free in all hotels./ It would put me off staying again
