Wonderful
We stayed in an Executive Room (seperate comments below on another room.), which had ample space and was facing greenery (back of hotel). Check-in was smooth. The hotel is in a quiet section of Dan Haag, in the heart of the older district, with plenty of pedestrian-only (mostly...) streets, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was fine.
Our daughter stayed in room 117, which should be avoided by anyone with any mobility issues, or with a large suitcase. The room itself is fine, but incomprehensible how a 4-star hotel can provide rooms to which access is only possible by taking an elevator to the floor above and then descending a narrow and twisting staircase. It felt we were going to the servants' quarters in a 19th century drama!

Good shower, places for suitcases, nice lounge downstairs and right in the middle of town.
Even with a lift we still had a few steps which is hard for older people with very heavy suitcases!

The house keeping didnt clean the room properly, I spilled coffee on the floor and on the wall and on the room slippers she just wiped the floor and didnt give me new pair or clean the wall, the bed sheets were not changed, I only cleaned my room twice cuz It made no difference really

Bike parking was nice as we were on a bike tour. Central location was also cool, with many local eateries in the vicinity.
The room was in an odd location (tucked away on the back corner) and the shared balcony was interesting.
