A very good location since it is very close to the World Forum. The hotel is super and rooms are confortable and clean. Highly recommended!

Good gym. All staff were professional. Great buffet breakfast options. Despite only 2 lifts, I never waited long to access. Laundry service has quick turnaround. Room cleaned daily.

Lack of services . No housekeeping no reception . If you need a tooth brush you need to go down to reception and they take permission .
Reception team more hospitality training at least to welcome guest.

Room was nice, they gave up top floor hence view was excellent. Location is bit off route, becasue sometimes and specially on weekends, public transport needs to be watch for. We were about to miss our train. Everything else was beautiful. Vending machine with appropriate cost was the best thing for all kind of drinks.
Kaffee and Grocery shops are not at immediate vicinity, one might have to travel a bit.

We like the chain, so that's why we chose this one. The basic style had some Novotel touch.
Cleanliness was absolutely not good in this hotel. Beds were not made up properly, sheets were not spread on matress and blanket hangigng out of the sheets. Not enough pillows, we were 3 people, the sofa bed super poor and basic, a shame for Novotel. Staff was not making us feel welcome. After a fire alarm at the lobby, with lots of smoke, the staff was trying to keep us inside by saying that this was only smoke. Very weird. I will definitely not come back.

The staff were super helpful and nice.
The hygiene. Best sheets had stains, curtains had stains, walls looked they’ve never been maintained Couldn’t provide a mere ice bucket. Just really disappointing for a 4 start hotel
