The staff wasn't very helpful, they asked us each day if we paid for the breakfast because they do not see the payment in the system, even we have booked the room with breakfast. The bicycle rental service was a bad experience, first of all I had to look for my bicycle around 15 minutes, and had to go back to the reception to get another bicycle because the first I received was not on the location. After I have spent 20 minutes overall looking for the bicycles, by myself, after a few meters I have realized that I have received a broken bicycle, that had the handlebars moving around, so I barely could ride it.
Overall the room was clean, but the staff and service not that great. Breakfast was expensive and not much to choose from.
They have a luggage room for leaving your stuff after the check out, wich was a good thing

Access was fairly easy and staff was friendly
As a business traveller, most of the hotels have a coffee machine. I was surprised and disappointed to find only instant coffee in such an upmarket hotel

Close to the centre of Hague and close to the beach. Playground and attractions for kids within 15-20 minutes od walk. Nice and very polite hotel staff.
Restaurant in the hotel was relatively small for the number of guests present in the property (hotel was fully booked). Breakfast buffet was good, but very monotonous and based on frozen products. Preparations to NATO summit in a very close area to the hotel had some influence on movement around the hotel (road closures).

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good tap water, easy check in amd check out process.
The preparations for the coming OTAN Summit affect the comfort of tourists, UBER/Taxi access is bad and hotel staff are not prepares with advices and support on this.

The room was clean, cozy, and really comfortable, making our stay very pleasant overall.
It would be great to include basic cutlery (spoons, forks, knives) and enough cups for all guests—especially for a family of three like us (two adults and a child)
