The hotel felt family friendly, clean and welcoming. We liked the games in the bar area and the food was great too. The staff were responsive and friendly. We also liked the gym.
It would have been great if the gym was open in the evenings as well as the mornings.

Cleanliness within the standards of novotel. Staff availability was good.
1) Lifts are under-dimensioned for the hotel size. You spend time waiting for the lift to arrive.
2) The 2-bed room was in fact, a "2 beds +sofa bed", which is odd for a Novotel.
3) 30 chf/day for parking is frankly excessive.

Rug was dirty, coffee/tea wasn't replenished daily, no bathroom amenities, noisy, water pressure could be better

The room was clean and quiet. it was comfortable to sleep in it. I had a wheelchair and could use it easily. The girl in the front desk asked me if I wanted an ADA room but i can walk. The only difficulty was in the bathroom but for someone without a disability it woul've been perfect.
The only 2 things I can say is that the microwave at the entrance of the restaurant wasn't clean and it smelled quite a bit when i intended to use it and that at some times it was difficult to use the elevator due to the amount of guests using it.
